I giving this reveiw two star's because of it's Taco Bell taste!!!! Now on to what I actually received in the bowl.... So the... bowl was made up of mostly refried beans and tortilla chips!!!! It had about six pieces of diced tomatoe, maybe a table spoonof sour cream and seasoned beef!!!! And two squirts of nacho cheese!!!! Mind you this location stays open until 1am.... Well to start with I understand lunch traffic was just starting, but I am only one inside & maybe 3 in drive-thru. Front... register was out of order (no cash accepted) must use Kiosk. After placing my order no one is handing out cups for drinks (theyare getting busy). After 6 more customers arrive inside (& 2 have received orders & left), 25 minutes later I am requesting arefund. They missed my order & questioned a refund or food. I accepted the food if it was made at this time. Food was good, butthere was no apologies made or actual customer service. Read more
EXTREMELY RUDE.......will not go back...from the menu board in the drive thru was treated very poorly.
