Food is okay, but they mess up my order alot, but the manager of the one in Henderson,TN is very helpful, if you have a problem,... he does not give you a hard time or an attitude, very polite and fixes what ever is wrong!! And I appreciate that very much, Ionly called about a wrong order twice, because I didn't want to be a complainer! But I just couldn't let it go every time! Thesefast food places need to get more people in there that know what the heck they are doing!! Tired of getting wrong orders, coldfood, or stale food!! Just want to add, that the company got back with me, but only gave me a web address for contact, wheneveryone else got a phone number to call!! How nice, I have to go through a lot of hassle to say something to them, but everyoneelse gets a phone number!! I guess I didn't complain enough!! Well everyone can have a bad experience once! I had it 3 in a row. I ordered a quater pound double cheese burger this is on the... daily special. I ask for ketchup ,pickels,onions. When I received, it looked like it had been cooked at least 5 hours earlieran left under the heat lamp,it was hard as a rock except for a thumb size in the middle of the burger. I sent it back,theyapologize ,an replaced it. So help me the second wasn't much better an there was mustard on it. So I'm disappointed and ask formy money back when I ask the lady on the intercom said I'll see. So I waited about 25 minutes no one came,I then called out to awaitress walking by an ask if she would just take the burger. She then said oh let me get the manager, she came out was verypolite looked at it shaking her head an said I'll replace it,so there it was the 3rd time. People are friendly, but the food is never fresh. Every time I go here the sweet tea taste like it was left over from the day... before and when I ask for the chicken sandwich to be cooked fresh they send it out and its not even hot and tastes like it hasbeen sitting under a heat lamp and has dried out and then thrown in grease to quickly reheat. How do I know ... its not hot inthe middle. I gave them 2 stars because they are friendly and polite. Read more
Do not place a mobile order until you actually arrive and see that they are open. They have cost me so much from making this... mistake.i just want my iced coffee but they aren't open when the app says. Customer service on the app is a joke so I'm out themoney. Read more

service has gotten really bad..not 1 or 2 times but this is my 4th experience and I decided to let it be known..they are slow... and often get the order wrong..and it's been a combination of dine in and take out..so if your looking for fast andconvenient...sonic in HendersonTennessee is not the place...and hire young and dumb for management..which doesn't help theirservices at all Read more
