The dispensed product tastes like it is of a higher quality than the competition. The toppings aren't slightly damp like some... places. The workers kept surfaces clean and washed their hands a lot! Wonderful to see that! Read more
Over the past 4 months, I have visited this location 4 times. Each time, they "just ran out of caramel" which seems doubtful.... Regardless- the owner, manager or whomever is in charge of ordering has a solid track record at this point of not beingcompetent in gauging the needs of their store. Self serve, nice staff, clean, great tasting, 3 cup sizes small 8, med 16, large 24 oz. Plenty of soft serve frozen yogurt... flavors and toppings. Price is based on weight, not cup size or how many flavors of frozen yogurt you put in a cup. However,there are no signs anywhere showing what the prices are, how much each ounce costs or that toppings are extra. Went online andfound they charge by the ounce of frozen yogurt, then weigh the cup at checkout and 50 cents extra for each kind of topping. Anemployee only appeared after I finished filling the cup and was ready to pay. Paid around $6.70 w/ tax for a small cup with9.16 ounces of frozen yogurt with strawberries & pineapples, no other toppings. Not sure if they charge for each strawberry, etcor a flat rate on toppings. Read more
