Delivery of same order 3 times. The 16.99 boneless wings with large fries. 1st 2 times my food was fine. 3rd order you guys... skipped on the sauce. You must keep consistency with your food. Thats why people return. Read more
Sorry all. Food is what you order and that?s fine. Wing stop is good and this location is consistent with the other locations my... family and I have been to. Service was just non existent. I was a little angry when after not being able to have my sauce onthe side for my boneless wings while ordering on the app. So I get them plain. Common sense says just grab it when you getthere and let them know. I get to the place, food is cold although I showed up within the window the app says. I proceed inletting them know I need these sauces on the side for my 16 plain wings. That will be $4.80 sir. Wait, if I get these spun insauce, how much extra is it? It?s free. So let me get that sauce you would have put i On them. I have to charge you. So becauseyou don?t have an option to order sauce on the side on your phone, customers are forced to pay a sauce tax? And I get it, it?ssomething that?s just a rule. Ok . But, not one human being in that place actually helped me as a customer. They looked at melike I was crazy for saying I?m not willing to pay $5 more dollars for 3 sauce cups. All around terrible customer experience.If this was those employees actual business, it would have been shut down a long time ago. I like this place due to the fact they are always clean, the staff are great, and their food is always fresh, and hot.
I?m on a pretty strict diet and don?t get to eat out very often, so when I do it feels like a big deal. I placed an online order... for wings but made a mistake during the process. There was no way to adjust it online so I called the store in hopes to make theadjustment directly with them. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful and allowed me to make the change even though itwas 100% my fault it was wrong. Sometimes something really small can mean a lot, and I truly appreciate this girl (wish I wouldhave gotten her name) helping make my meal that much better. Read more
I ordered pick up on the Doordash app. My FIRST time going to pick my food up, they did not give me my receipt nor my 2 orders... of fries. I went back to the store less then 5 minutes later and explained the issue. After waiting another 5 or 6 minutes, Imade the mistake of trusting the employees. When I got home, I had 1 order of fries, and an order of bone in wings. They hadthe opportunity to fix the mistake and failed. I will never be going back. Read more
