I don't know who's managing this location but they're failing epically. Do not waste your time going there. I always seem to... receive a long wait period just to place my order followed by endless disappointment because the don't have simple things likespicy nuggets, baked potatoes or even chocolate frostys!!!! One evening in particular I was asked to park my car and wait for mynuggets. A half hour goes by and I've watched 3 other cars park to wait for thier food they came after me and was served beforeme. Now if I had a massive order I wouldn't completely understood but this wasn't the case. I've gave this place so many chancesand have been continuously let down. Wendy's dining in used to be a great place to eat lunch at. For some reason now, the food quality has degraded. Their salads... used to be my favorite and it appers that whenever I get thwir chili, their beans are undercooked. The atmosphere is old fashionand dull. Most employees seem unhappy to be working there. I mostly use drive through now if I even go there. Read more

The staff here is beyond unprofessional. I?m doing a order pick up. No one acknowledge you. After 10 min of waiting I spoke to... someone and they replied I?m on break. I asked for him to bring someone that isn?t on break he just walked away. It took over 20min to get this order. Finally when I did I was given 6 drinks and they don?t provide cup holders. While I was standing here somany people came in and where not acknowledged so they left. They really need to do better. Read more
Went to their boulder location and out of chili. Called their lake mead location to make sure they had chili, they said yes.... Ordered a chili and got mostly sauce, very upsetting! Don?t spend your money for chili if your going to get mostly sauce. Read more
