I ordered a simple 5 for 5 bag double stack and I swear this double stacks meat was so horrible it shouldn't even make it into... the Chilli they sell ???????????? I should of known to keep driving once I saw the parking lot completely empty and not a soularound. They?re getting one star from me because it?s required, however if it was left up to me I?d leave 0. We recently moved to this... area my husband loves Wendy?s so we visited this location three times and every time it?s been something. Dry, rude customerservice the first time, the second time they didn?t properly wrap our burgers so they were basically just in the bag but todaywas the final straw and I?m never going back. I went through the drive through and waited about 3-5 minutes after paying for myorder?.so I?m assuming because of the small wait my food would be fresh, as I exit the parking lot I check my fries and theywere cold and stiff as if they had been sitting for hours! So I remove the burger and chicken nuggets from the bag and take thefries back in and ask for fresh on I sat the bag of cold fries on the counter. So they prepared my fresh fries and bring them tome in no bag or anything. I get home my husband unwraps the burger and there was an onion just thrown on there a small dot ofketup the cheese was still and pattys were stiff with white spots I can?t even describe my level of anger and disgust, needlessto say he ended up with chicken nuggets and fries. I?m definitely going to contact corporate, there?s no reason people should gohere and pay there money for food that isn?t suitable for an animal to eat. Been in line for 30mins with only 3cars in front of me. I only get a 30min launch. This sucks. What's happening even???? Now... I'll be over time on launch probably get yelled at. Should've just went somewhere else. Like all the other 5cars doing circlesin the parking lot. I will not be coming back unless there's nobody in line. We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes (only 2 cars in front of us). Then when I got home and opened my burger I noticed... the bun was a little hard & the patty was as hard as a piece of leather..(totally burnt) I debated on driving back for areplacement or a refund but didn't want to waste my time or gas.
