This is pretty good Ramen for a quick meal. The broth wasn?t oily and they got orders correct with the changes. Service was... pretty fast as well. My only complaint is that there was only one person working all the tables so it was somewhat a set it andforget it type of thing. We weren?t asked if we wanted refills or a second drink. We also were only given one napkin each. Theperson working was so busy helping everyone that it was difficult to get their attention for these things. 1st time here and it was delicious. I going to give it a second try to make a final destination for all my Ramen needs. The... Curry over noodles was not my jam so next time it will go over rice. This is the first time I?ve been to this establishment. I was really impressed with their tempura batter, mini tacos, and ramen... noodles (they?re chewy compared to most places) However the shoyu was incredibly salty and I thought the tonkatsu wasn?tseasoned enough, and rather tasteless but crazy oily (reference photo). Had the tonkatsu and shoyu been a mixed broth it wouldhave been delicious. To be fair, my family insists it?s the best ramen in Vegas. I?ll come back and try it again, they said itwas an ?off? day. Umai means delicious in Japanese. This Korean owned Japanese style Ramen noodle shop lives up to the name, I would say. Great... job in simplicity! Then why only 4 stars? Only because I'm Japanese and know even better ones... but it's very close! (sorryguys, just being honest ????) Read more
First time here and loved it!!! Food is very tasty, abundant and plates came out very quick. Tried the Truffle Ramen, it was... wonderful, rib-eye was tender and good portion, the mushrooms on this plate were delicious, definitely will come back. Read more
The food was so tasty. I ordered the truffle ramen, spicy, and it was wonderfully delicious, flavorful, and fragrant. The pork... chashu was so tender. Our server was so kind and attentive, I wish I got her name to include it here! Chef really knows what heis doing, the broth was amazingly delicious.
