Wow wow wow! This place is a gem! From interior to staff & service, exceptional! Everything is organic plus gluten free options!... Decaf is smooth & strong at the same time. No burned or sour taste. Very good organic coffee! Gluten free Chocolate banana breadis out if this world delicious, it?s thick & fluffy at the same time. Whoever makes these they?ve got it right! They don?t justwarm it up in a microwave for you, they toast it in their brick oven which comes out with a slight crunchy outside & warm on theinside with chocolate chips slightly melted...just perfect! I wish I could give Tru Bru 10 stars, seriously! We were in Vegas for our anniversary and we were struggling to find a local... coffee place near the strip. We found this place on Yelp and were so impressed. We both love coffee and due to a caffeinesensitivity I have to drink decaf(yeah-I know it sounds terrible). There?s not many places that have decent decaf coffee, letalone incredible decaf. I got a decaf oat milk latte with caramel and I about died it was so delicious. They hand make theircaramel sauce, excuse me what!? Simply amazing. We also got breakfast, avocado toast and the croissant, both of which were alsoso incredible! My husband loved his classic drip coffee as well. I hope someday we are back in this area and can return, becauseit was hands down the best latte I?ve ever had, decaf or otherwise. Truth is? I love Tru Bru. They take hospitality to another level here, and they?re seriously changing the game when it comes to... your typical coffee shop. I tried their coffee beverages, some of their breakfast items, and some of their homemade pastries,and all I can say is WOW. The food here is superb and reasonably priced. I tried the pancakes, the smoked salmon on aneverything bagel, the avocado toast with 2 over easy eggs on top, the chocolate chip banana bread, and a chocolate chip cookie.I also ordered a hot turmeric latte and an iced chai latte with oat milk. I can proudly say that I have found my new favoritecoffee spot. Did I mention that they also have a lunch menu, beer on tap, and a super cozy atmosphere?! Took my friend to the surgical center nearby, and while waiting, I decided to stop by. Cute coffee spot, with delicious... pastries. The also serve sandwiches and other items. I've been on a chai tea kick lately. So I ordered the hot chia latte andthe banana bread with chocolate chips. Absolutely delicious!! The place is perfectly set up for a solo date, with friends, orjust a date. Quiet enough to have intellectual conversations. Service was quick, and you really didn't have to wait long at all.(I never mind waiting) The barista was quick , friendly and efficient! I've been wanting to try here for awhile. Glad I wasfinally able to come today. I'll definitely be back for breakfast, and lunch. I also love that it's organic too.
