3rd time I?ve ordered an All-American wrap and it?s come back with one half full of cheese and then the egg and bacon is on the... other side. How does this make any sense? Eat a cheese wrap to begin and then finish with the egg/bacon? Figured I would tryagain but the same issue keeps happening. It?s the same person making the wrap each time I go and I?m not sure if this personjust doesn?t care or wasn?t trained properly because it?s quite simple to evenly distribute cheese, egg, bacon in a wrap. Ontop of that, the person making my smoothie was coughing and sniffling the entire time which made me actually toss my smoothie assoon as I got home. Alright alright!! Look at what the new management has done to this location everybody!! Clean floors, shiny tables, nice bath... room- minus the paper towel machine, but an easy fix- and the drinks?! Now this is a Tropical Smoothie place to sip? n eat withmy little ones!! And shout out to Mike, keeps this place moving and pushing out orders right on time! This location is really dirty just nasty. The guy goes to make my smoothie in a dirty blender I can physically see that it?s... dirty and he tells me it?s not. As the other guy behind him proceeded to remove bugs that are in the cut up fruits. Read more

Short staffing must have caused the 1 employee to be in a bad mood (such a shame these young employees already have attitudes), ... and she didn't know how to make the drink correctly tasted horrible!!!!!!!! I was so disappointed. Couldn't get a refund so Ijust got a new drink from the same even angrier employee ,which still tasted wrong also the bananas were not peeled fresh theywere brownish sitting in a big container on the counter!!! When I walked in, it smelled HORRIBLE! I wanted to walk out but I really wanted a smoothie. Then, the cashier (who looked like... he rolled out of bed) handled my cash and went to make the smoothie with no gloves. Proceeded to add water from the sink at thehand washing station into the smoothie. As I am watching him pour it into the cup, it spills on the side and he uses his fingersWITH NO GLOVES to push it back in the cup. Location doesn't follow up with online orders. Placed an online order and they didn't have one of the primary ingredients for an... Island Green. Instead of calling so I had the option to cancel my order and go to another location, I wasn't advised until Iarrived for pick up. Store didn't offer refund, just kind of shrugged that they couldn't make my smoothie, and when I inquiredabout a refund I was advised that it had to go to corporate for approval, and the manager just printed the receipt. When I askedabout documentation of the refund request the manager was hesitant and ended up texting me a copy of the receipt as"documentation." One week later, no contact or money returned for a smoothie that I ordered, paid for, and never received.Highly recommend against online orders as the store will not contact you if something isn't available and you'll be screwed outof the money. Website is no help for contacting corporate, so what I was going to address privately with the entity is now goingon Google for all, in hopes I'll actually hear back about my refund. Read more

Worst service ever on numerous occasions. Today was the last day. I ordered a salad and they couldn't even get that right. The... salad was missing the main ingredient that makes it a salad!! Lettuce!!! Waited 20 mins for him to make this salad. He eventried to convince me there was lettuce in there. The smoothie was watered down and it didn't even fill up the entire cup.
