Great place to go out to eat especially after a work out!

Rude discouraged age and Vet discriminative WOKE staff. Disgusting lairs. Tropical smoothie usually honors military. First time... I've ever had an experience at tropical smoothie like that. Don't know who the franchise owner is but they should really take asecond look at their staffing. Read more

They could certainly do better with customer service. First visit the food was good but not a very friendly atmosphere, no one... greeted me just a guy who was counting the register and looked up and said "what?" Second visit wrap was cold, guy from the backcame up to help with the register using the same gloves he was preparing food with and didn't change his gloves. Paid $30 for two wraps and two smoothies, which wouldn't have been bad if the quality had been good. I ordered a breakfast wrap... and added extra bacon and spinach. There was not extra bacon and I there was barely any spinach, and 50% of the wrap was justshredded cold cheese. My smoothie was also disappointing. My husband said his food was just "okay" and he would never orderagain. Just overall disappointing, I honestly would have rather gotten food at some other chain fast food place and gottenbetter food and drinks, and spent less. Read more

Went here for dinner. We ordered 2 smoothies, a shrimp salad and sandwich. Smoothies tasted very watered down, too much ice. Not... much flavor at all. The shrimp in the salad tasted like it was from a shrimp cocktail and the presentation looked as if it wasfrom an airplane.Customer service was lacking as well. We were the only ones in there and when out food was ready, they set iton the counter and said "here's your food." I didn't expect to be waited on hand and foot but that was a little poor judgement. Quality has sadly gone downhill here. The last two times we've come here, the smoothies were watery and had very little flavor... or fruit and I had to ask that they add more fruit to them just to make them palatable. In the past, they were amazing. Also,all of the sandwiches we ordered had very little on them and mine actually looked like it had been dropped on the floor andstepped on before giving it to me because it was such a mess. I used to love this place, but it's just too expensive to getsubpar food. The customer service was good and they did try to fix the smoothies, but it still just tasted quite watery. Read more

This was not their best day. I paid and my friend's drink came out right away. I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes,... watching people who came in after me leave with their smoothies. So I finally had to ask where mine was. The kid went to theback and they took another 3 minutes to come out with the smoothie. Which I know did not have all the extras I paid for. Thenwhen I asked, the girl who I think was the manager didn't want to come out and talk to me! The store was clean and the smoothieswere good. Read more
