Been ordering take out for the past year and it has always been pretty good, with no mistakes. Placed an order this last... Saturday for three souvlaki dinners (2 lamb, 1 chicken) and when we got it home, two side salads were missing. The one saladthat we did get had mushy tomatoes and slimy cucumbers. We did not go back at this point because it is a 20 minute drive for useach way. Proceeded to eat the meat and rice pilaf only to find the chicken was undercooked and raw and the rice pilaf had hardbits of dried out rice throughout, as if it were scrapped from the bottom of the pot. The only thing edible was the lamb andpita, and even that was just okay. I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke to said she would try and get me a refund buthad to get the Manager's approval. I never received a call back. I sent an email through their website on Sunday and neverreceived a reply. I stopped by the restaurant today to see what was going on and was finally given a refund for the chicken mealonly and when I asked about the missing salads and horrid rice pilaf the lady said "you got a refund on the chicken didn'tyou?". Very poor and disappointing customer service. Will not be going back. Read more

Went an hour before closing and ordered for dine in. They brought half the order out after a bit of a wait but the number tag... was left on the table so we assumed the other half was coming. Nope. I never got my food. When we finally brought it to theirattention (we were trying to be patient and polite), they asked if I still wanted the food. The pictures does looks yummy ???? but not all wasn?t good . I had the Lamb skewer it was good. The steak skeet was hard .... The food was delicious. We arrived before the rush and sat at a table in the corner. The location does not offer much space for... guests ordering and waiting. I would have given five stars but it was a little cramped given the amount of people. It was hardto enjoy your meal while other customers towered over while waiting. Overall, I'm glad we stopped and enjoyed a tasty lunch.They do offer outdoor seating. Read more

I wanted to give a shout out to the employees at this place. With many of the restrictions being lifted at the beginning of... this month, most restaurants are now busier than before. Waiting for my food and looking at other people who were waiting fortheir Uber eats or Door dash or other deliveries, it was amazing in how calm and collected and apologetic these kids were. I sawthem handle very irate customers much better than some of my former officers would have. When they served my food, again theemployee was apologetic and told him no need to apologize , as one, I?m retired and in no hurry ????, and two, you guys are busybecause obviously your food is probably very good. I told him I used to work in food service prior to my LE career so Iunderstood fully. He was very relieved and was surprised this was my first time and gave me one of their very delicious baklavatreats freedom charge for the wait.
