I'm a fan of coffee bean and tea leaf in both California and Nevada. In 2020 I moved from California to Henderson. The first... few visits to this location I found the drinks and bakery delicious but the friendliness to be lacking. What a difference now,the drinks and bakery are still delicious and the warmth and friendliness is wonderful. Located in a beautiful area of Green Valley. Parking, restrooms, and seating is available.
The coffee is fine. But the someone needs to pay attention with orders. I didn?t want foam top because it?s dairy and well they... gave it to me anyway. After waiting 15 min for my coffee I didn?t have time to wait for them to remake it. The burritos aredisgusting. Flavorless mush rolled up in a burrito. Stopped by to pass some time with the kids. The staff was sweet enough to suggest different warm non-caffeine drinks they can... make for the kids. And they were also able to make it at "kid temperature" This branch was busy on a Saturday late afternoonbut not too busy to have all tables filled. I guess most customers were just ordering to go. My 3rd time here and nothing has changed. The coffee is average, bit overpriced, cakes and pastry as well, service was mentally... disconnected (the girl was probably just overworked I guess). We like this location, because it is located inside the District at Green Valley Ranch. Very close to our house. The lattes are... always delicious. We are regulars at this location . Absolutely the best hazelnut latte ! Never bitter, always the best. Verynice patio seating area. They don?t have drive- thru at this location. The staff is not welcoming and friendly, we had a fewissues with them. They did not want to remake our drinks. It was resolved at the end, but it was such a hassle andinconvenience. So, that?s the reason for a 3 stars review. We did not feel appreciated for being regulars at this location. Read more
I come here on my remote work days. Love the neighborhood, wonderful employees and it?s very clean. There is a handful of... seating inside and more tables outside as well. This place is always busy but I love the ambiance. They have the best coffee intown. Read more
