Went for my birthday and it was great. Food was fast and fresh, and waiter was pleasant. Gave 4/5 stars because the cheesecake... wasn?t that great and the entree description wasn?t clear. One of the best place when you are wanting options and just can't make up your mind. I came here tossing up the options of... wanting steak, chicken or something Asian inspired.. let me tell you I got all 3, Steak Diane was made to my liking of mediumrare, Buffalo Chicken appetizer with ranch, Egg rolls and stuffed mushrooms all in the appetizer list. Everything was good except that the wait for the food to come out was on a slow side, the waitress is apologetic about it. We... are fine with it since we?re not in a rush. I was very surprised we were seated right away on Father?s Day. The shareable appetizer are enough for 4 people. We had to take... some home. The warm apple crisp is delicious. What can you say about CCF that hasn?t been said or discussed in the past? Service is excellent, drinks flow immediately and the... place is always clean. I haven't eaten at Cheesecake Factory since I was in Kansas City. It's been a decade I'm sure. At that time it was the best but... commercialization and long COVID loss of taste and brain fog must have hit them hard at least here in Vegas. I should have knownnot to plan a Happy Hour here when the person answering my initial call didn't know if they had a patio. In order to park, youdrive by the patio and from inside you can't miss it. Don't Look Up. During the planning phase, I mentioned numerous times"Happy Hour." I get there and believe we are being accommodated but discover from the server, you have to sit at the bar forHappy Hour prices. I have had 3 conversations about Happy Hour and the patio. No one ever said no Happy Hour prices on thepatio. And it goes down hill or more like crash and burn from here on: 1. Manager comes out. No apology. Tells me most placesdon't offer Happy Hour prices other than at the bar. Irrelevant and not true. 2. Brussel Sprouts are mostly crispy leaves. The2 photos are of before and after searching for and eating an actual Brussel sprout. 3. No Crab at all, ran out 4. Chickentaquitos mushy 5. Friend ordered Coke Zero and server even said it was flat and it was. Why exactly are you serving it andcharging for it? 6. Cheesecake... what got you on the map...OYE...chemical taste and bland. 7. To top it off, after they tell methey'll send people in my party arriving at different times to the patio, I find out an hour later, they're turning them awaysaying they don't know about this party. Marvelous dining experience!!! The Cheesecake Factory here at the District at GVR is fantastic. My Wife and I didn?t even wait 2... minutes to be seated, our server was just so pleasant and helpful navigating the menu. I had the spicy jambalaya pasta withchicken and shrimp, My Wife had the pineapple chicken and shrimp, and My Mother had the Turkey Club sandwich.
