This is a fun place with the servers dancing in the isles. The appetizer were ok. Nothing special, just like other bar apps. I... had the bone in rib-eye cooked to well for me. I had the ribeye medium rare. The wife had the steak and shrimp combo well. My steak was fantastic. I also ordered the side of... fall off the bone ribs and they were delicious. Kudos. Texas Roadhouse has opened its second location on St. Rose Parkway. The restaurant has that Texas vibe to it. It's all country... music, but the songs are perfect for the ambiance. The restaurant is very clean and beautifully decorated with the country theme. The atmosphere is fun, the food is delicious and the service is great. We love the line dance employees do in the restaurant -it truly makes you feel like you are in Texas , very authentic vibe. We had one of there signature dishes: steaks , ribs andthey were perfectly cooked, so juicy and tender. They serve hot bread rolls , Yummy!!! No complaints here! We really enjoyed ourexperience at Texas Roadhouse. We love a good steakhouse and this place did not disappoint. The service was excellent and thestaff was very friendly. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend it! Tip : Put yourself on the wait-listfeature on their website . Minimum at location wait time! Haven?t been to TR since I lived on the east coast. I love their funky steakhouse vibe, and the decor fits the theme well. They... have a large menu, so take your time when perusing it. They also serve fish and fowl, so those who prefer something hatchedaren?t left out. I was here for a special occasion on mother's day. It was packed, super busy yet they managed to serve our food in a reasonable... time. We were on the wait list for 3 hours but we were asked to come in almost as soon as we arrived. The food was great! The buns came hot with a cinnamon honey flavored butter. The filet steak was cooked medium perfectly. I had the green beansand loaded mashed potatoes with no bacon which were ok. The cheeseburgers for my son were absolutely amazing! We started the evening off great. We added our selves to the waiting list. Arrived at the location and was seated within 8... minutes. The server was great up until the food arrived. She asked if everything was good. It looked good until we started todig in. The food was cold. The only thing that was warm in the table was the side of greenbeans. We asked for a manager. Thetried to fix the situation by remaking the food and provided us free appetizers on our next visit. Wasted what was to be anenjoyable dinner out.
