So at the drive-thru menu I was greeted by a sing-songey voice saying ?Happy Halloween, what can we make fresh for you?" and I... replied Happy Halloween back and began starting my order asking questions about the grilled cheese burrito combo. When I pulledup to the drive-thru window there was an older white woman with black hair dressed up as an angel waiting there. I assumed thatshe was probably the one who was talking to me earlier and I complimented her costume saying ?Wow, you?re an angel- that?s socool!?. She proceeded to purse up her lips, acted like she couldn?t see me and wouldn?t speak to me when I tried to greet her.She just held out her hand to take my card for payment while acting like that. The whole exchange was very awkward,unprofessional and it personally felt racist. She was just being so friendly and talkative at the drive-thru menu and prettymuch gave me the cold shoulder when she saw me at the window. Now we don?t personally know each other and I don?t go out of myway to be rude to fast-food workers so it was surprising to get that reaction unprovoked especially after giving a compliment ofall things... that was the first time I got treated like that here because the employees are usually friendly. Faith, you needretraining because you don't work in the customer service industry and treat people like that. Stay away unless you have at least 30 mins to wait for your order that they will jack up 3times in a row. Because nobody... understands I want a Mexican pizza and a Pepsi. It's not hard it's not a trick question it's a Mexican pizza and a Pepsi. Notaco no combo nothing 3xtra a pizza and a Pepsi. Ordered in the app, 2 build your own and forgot crunchy tacos to the combos. Luckily I checked before leaving the parking but... had to get off the car and go in. The whole point of drive thru AND ORDERING IN APP is so we can have a quick & easy process. Read more
Drive thru was very busy but we didn't take long. Our order was accurate. We thought we were going to be long in the line, there... were minimum 6 cars ahead of us. They are very fast workers. Food was made so good, the food wasn't messy at all. Thank youguys. When we visit back in town we'll definitely return there. Read more
Came into the dining area cuz my driver side window was on the fritz... BIG mistake! Apparently they were understaffed and doing... double duty with both the in house dining and drive thru. Their Freeze machine was also being serviced at the time but therewere no notifications about this on their touch screen ordering system so guests could still order them only to learn they can'tget the drink they wanted. Orders were backing up and though the staff were apologetic about the wait, they didn't bother todouble check orders for accuracy. It sucks going to a place where they're having a bunch of issues but don't bother to informpeople before they order. Read more
