I wanted to give Subway another chance because unfortunately Subway was not our 'go2' for subs. It had been over 5 years since... we last went and hate to say it but it still will not be the 'go2' for subs. The staff was okay but didnt look happy to bethere. My 9year old girl, picky eater, only wanted roast beef, mayo, lettuce and cheese but they did the exact opposite andadded everything on it. And those extra additions were not fresh. My Son got the meatball sub and honestly he loved themeatballs but within 10 minutes of getting it home, maybe 15 tops, the bread was soggy. I believe in 2nd chances and maybe a3rd, in the future! was treated really badly by a girl who worked here after she screwed up the order and tried to force me to pay for it anyway. I... refused until she corrected it, then as I'm leaving she tells me never to come back. SHE SCREWED UP, not me! terrible, terriblebusiness. Read more
Bad experience with owner (josh) he needs to learn customer Service, ordered a large meatball wanted my veggies on side. He... made a big deal over what to put them in to save a buck, will never go in there. Read more
Pretty annoyed, came in at 11:45pm and was turned away by the gentleman working the line as he was serving another customer. Was... told they close as midnight, and the hours of operation on the door say they close at 2am every day. He could?ve just quicklymade my sandwich and been done with it but I guess subway doesn?t want the business ??????????? Read more
great workers but saw them answering the phone, opening the fridge, and touching other kitchen areas without changing their... gloves. answered the phone with gloves on and then came and grabbed my chicken breasts and bread to start my sandwich. Did thesame with the freezer on the next customers order. Read more
I am concerned. The food seemed fresh. And then I went to the bathroom... it looked as if the sink hasn't been cleaned in... months! Not sure that I will go back there, ever again... I have no direct proof (nor did I ask) if the employees use thatbathroom, but I probably should have. Read more
I was very unimpressed. I felt rushed (despite there not being a line) when I asked a question, the woman was rude. There was... less meat/cheese than I was expecting. I realize that's corporate's call, but it was still insulting. The quality has gone downtoo far. Good bye Subway. I'm going to another sub shop from now on- that actually gives plenty of meat/cheese inside thesandwich. Definately not enough bang for my buck. Read more
