Picked up a curbside order which was supposed to be a footlong sandwich, a bag of chips and a drink. When I got home I... discovered my sandwich was only 6 in. I called the store, but they couldn't didn't tell me the store number even when Iexplained where he could find it. I said I would call the manager for the store number tomorrow and also inform them that theiremployee hung up on me. I am used to a little bit of a wait in subway, but no biggie to me because it happens. But when you finally get to the counter... and there are 3 people working and 2 in your croup and the order is very simple 2 of the day special, simple.!! Well they passedover one of us and took the person behind me, then proceeded to drop bags if chips into the cheese and whatever else there wasin the prep station. And to top it off didn't even ring us up as a meal of the day. Couldn't count cash back for that matter.And just walked away we asked for our drinks and where ignored.
