Well.. Allen (if that?s his name) has zero customer service skills. I had trouble w the app and he couldn?t help me. Says it?s... out of his hands. I asked him his name and I asked if he was a manager and he said no and I said OK I?m calling corporatetomorrow as I started to turn the walk away he tells me and ?don?t come back? wait.. what?? Ordered 2 footlongs on the app and when I got there they had 2 6-inch subs. So instead of the convenience of just walking in and... getting what I paid for, I had to wait while they made new sandwiches and was late for the next place I had to be.
