If you choose to go to this location, be ready for some possible problems 1. You will need to be familiar with Spanglish. Most... of the employees speak it fluently. 2. You may be surprised with the cost of some items--- let me explain. I ordered a 6-inchPhilly off the new menu, on flatbread. The listed prices was $6.79. The woman helping us had trouble ringing it up, so shecalled over the other employee to help and she finally got it to ring up, but the price came up as $9.29. My wife and Iquestioned the higher cost and after both of us trying for some time to understand what they were saying we finally figured outthat they were saying that since it was flatbread it was considered a ?wrap?. The menu said nothing about the sandwich costingalmost $3 more on flatbread. I have ordered flatbread many times and never paid $3 more for any sandwich. So, I emailed thedistrict manager. When she did not respond after a week, I email corporate. A few days later the district manager responded andproceeded to tell me how much the appreciated my business and that they try new menu items etc. to make sure customers arehappy, and they hoped to see me again soon. But did not answer my only question, so I emailed her back: Does a flatbreadsandwich cost $3 more than the same sandwich on a bun? It seems like an easy question? It?s going on another week now and stillhave not heard back. I don?t think they want to talk about it. So, for me from now on Capriotti?s or Jersey Mikes works justfine. Read more

i ordered on uber eats, there wasn't a special instruction button on the app so i put my order in and called them twice,... immediately after to tell them how i wanted my sandwich, no answer. so i texted my uber eats driver to make sure they could dothat, they did not so they decided to yell at her and say "leave! this is not our problem it's yours" they never remade mysandwich and kicked her out. turns out, they didn't answer my two calls because they unplugged and turned off the phones for thestore. terrible service Read more
Subway was giving out free sandwiches from 10 to 12 today. A friend and I arrived at 11:57. I asked if the free sandwiches were... still being made. A lady, who spoke broken English, said no more free sandwiches. She said the free sandwiches were from 9 to12. I said it isn't 12 yet. She just kept saying no more free sandwiches, only from 9-12.
