I just had a horrible customer service experience at this location. I went in to purchase 6 foot longs of various kinds. I began... telling them what I wanted and they said I must organize my order by bread and meat type. I explained that is not how I have iton my list and that if necessary I just want to order six sandwiches. While we are talking an elderly man walked in with a canemoving very very slow and right before he was behind me they told him that I had a big order and that he should come back later.There were 4 employees there. They told me giving them a sandwich by sandwich order is not how it is done and that I must tellthem the order the way they want it. So I left. I went to the Subway on Gibson between wigwam and American Pacific and theykindly helped me without any issue. I will never go back to the location on Stephaine and American Pacific. Walk in to order a steak and egg. The toaster is broke so I ask if it can be microwaved, he said sure. Went to go get the eggs... for my sandwich. Came back saying we don't have any eggs. Should have listened to to other comments on here. A big letdown forsure. Read more

Shows the hours are open until 11pm yet when I got there well before 11 they were closed with a sign on the door saying ?on... break?. Waited for several minutes and no one answers the phone and the lights in the store are all off. Wasted my time drivingall the way there. Hate places that waste your time like that. There was a grouchy old gentleman with attitude making my sandwich when I came in. I had made some mistakes when I ordered,... because I hadn?t been to a subway in a while and the guy was rude about the whole process.
