I am saddened. Especially during this year?s Christmas launch. I lined up with my significant other an hour before open. (@3am)... Friendly staff. I've had been there maybe 4 times and they remember by usual order and since the 5th time, I just show up and... they have my order ready to be prepared. It makes me feel valued. Food items are always made correctly, bathrooms and dining area kept super clean, and staff is ALWAYS super sweet and nice. I... work here on my laptop every now and then so I spend a lot of hours here. I feel so comfortable here and the employees are sosweet, bombarding you with real "Hi there's!" and "hello's!" when you come in and "bye bye's" when you leave. They're justreally sweet and really real. I see and appreciate how hard at work they are here and I'm glad they're my local Starbucks. Theyremember a lot of their repeat customers names as well, which I'm sure is a sort of prerequisite anyway but I appreciate thegood vibes here anyway. Read more
Please stick to the recipe. If the recipe does not include chocolate/mocha syrup/drizzle, then leave it out. Location not always... open and suffers from staffing shortages at times. It's been good the last 2 months but twice in a row they did not stick to therecipe and ended up with an overkill of chocolate/mocha syrup/drizzle on the drink. With the rising costs, having coffee is atreat and I'd like it made to the recipe since it's not an everyday enjoyable treat. Read more

MARIO is the most rude employee I have ever encountered. Had to reach out to district manager on his attitude and they way he... acts towards customers. I am not that type of person to ever write reviews but this must be addressed and I need people awarebecause he claims he is ?store manager? but I don?t think a store manager whatever carry themselves as this.
