There was three people in line . I don't know if she was new but I waited 25 min for my drink and croissant . There was two... girls working and one of them had no idea what she was doing and the other girl was going so dang slow . Seriously I have neverever been to a slower establishment then this one. The current store manager (DANI) always has a bad attitude, she looks sooooooooo miserable working here, and when you ask for a... special drink she cant make it, and has a stank face all over. All of a sudden when I've gotten my coffee there for 4 years,almost everyday! Now we just go to the Target down the street that also has a Starbucks they are much nicer. I CANNOT wait untilthe Dutch bros Opens up down the street though! :) Please get a new store manager for Starbucks Albertsons 89015 that doesn'tlook like there life is in ruins, she should be grateful she is working and has a job with benefits..... I only go to Starbucks to appease my children. It should be noted that they're 18 and 19 years old, so it's not like I'm giving... coffee to infants. Me, I can brew a pot at home and be a happy camper. The price they charge for their coffee is ludicrous Read more
They upcharged drinks and dont follow directions for your drink. I watched them make it and stopped them to tell them the... correct way...twice. and they even charged for pup cups which are free everywhere. Ill be reporting to corporate for being rudeand unchanging Read more

This kid tried to charge me almost an extra dollar for a splash of cream in my black coffee. Then he proceeds to tell me that... all Starbucks has always charged for cream but the sugar is always free. Little does this kid know that there was free creamnext to the sugar, straws, lids, and napkins self service pre-covid. Ive been having my black coffee with a splash of cream and3 sugars since 2004 pike street Seattle, and all over the west coast, and the price was never different with, or withoutcream. After I told him of his wrong doings, he then proceeded to give me money (change due)as if i had givin him the tendollar bill that was still in my hand. He was now "pushing" the sale on me. What I could see was that he knew he was wrong and icaught him in his little scam. Plus i could tell he was trying to impress his female co-workers of his scam.
