My family and I have gone here regularly for 2+ years. The staff is nice, though you?ll hardly see the same face twice. The... drinks are well made. There is usually a line for the drive thru, about 10 to 15 minute wait. My husband usually orders throughthe app and walks in to save time. You still get good customer service either way, but should you choose the drive thru be awarethat it?s a small area for the line and difficult not to block traffic. Read more
As a rule I like Starbucks, my opinion of this one is very low. Bad customer service, felt like they would rather I not bother... them. That's my opinion hope you have a better experience. Good luck. Read more
I like this Starbucks. Good location with a nice patio and drive-thru as well. The shop is always clean and they play the best... music ever. I always enjoy my latte at this location and have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and courteous.Never had a problem . Definitely recommend it. Read more
This Starbucks location always has really pleasant baristas working the drive through. It is a busy drive thru at times, but... they keep it moving. I frequent a lot of coffee shops in Vegas/Henderson and this is my favorite Starbucks. Easy in and out too. Read more
Easy! I've been to over 30 of em. In 2005 my total receipts can't to just over 3.5k. But this one's different. It's chill. No... pressure. Oversized stuffed chairs. And as usual, coffee custom made to order and considerably more expensive than 2005 Read more
Terrible experience. Sat 11.3.2021 9am. Worse Crackbucks location I've been to in the World. Thought I was being pranked. Ally... needs some customer service classes. The whole crew needs to go learn from Chick felet. I finally left without my order. Waited30 minutes inside for order. I recommend keep driving to the next location. It pains me to write this review, as we've been loyal customers for 4 years, since we moved close to this location. Lately the... drive-thru has been taking an excessive amount of time, so it is no longer feasible for me or my husband to stop by for coffeein the mornings, before work. Also, they seem to have difficulty processing orders accurately. For instance, a few days ago,employees took such a long time that my husband had to leave with only his drink and not his pastry. He told them that he wouldbe back for the cookie another day because it was taking too long (about 10 mnts waiting). Well, he went back this morning,placed an order through the drive thru and then told the lady who took the order about the pastry. She replied "I can't justgive it to you." Then he told the lady who charged him for the order and she just said "I'm sorry it took so long, but I can'tgive it to you". Then he went inside the store, and all the employees started laughing at him when he asked to speak with amanager. After a few seconds, Mason, reportedly the manager, told him that a lot of people make false claims to have paid forthings. He had to tell him the exact date and time he placed his order for him to believe him. It was a horrible experience, asmy husband felt he was being treated as a thief as the employees were also laughing. Sad that these new employees are rude,don't know what they're doing, and don't seem to care about the customer. Mason did try to remediate the situation afterverifying the transaction and said "I'll make it up to you." My husband told them he was not seeking anything for free.Corporate, please train your employees better. This is a nice location and you get a lot of business from the neighborhoodsnearby. Read more
