What can we say about the 10 star Ashley Marie? Each day we?ve been here we?ve been so glad to see her smiling face and sunny... disposition. She understood our situation (being so far away from home for such a long time for training), and withouthesitation she was always willing to help and go the extra mile. Thank you Miss Ashley! We stopped at sunset station casino today and I went to Starbucks and ordered a grande caramel machiatto, cashier said it was $7... and some change can?t remember exactly, she scanned my phone to pay first time and said it didn?t go through so she scannedsecond time and said it went through, I should of know to check my account before I left. Cashier charged me twice and I?ve beentrying to call to get my credit back and the phone is busy been calling for the past hour and still busy. Read more

While the drink they made me during my visit here was well made, the lack of friendliness and passive aggressiveness from the... female employee who took order and served my drink was wholly unprofessional. I did not like her attitude as she had the nerveto tell me exactly what drink I was ordering when I specifically listed out each individual ingredient as I was mocked in otherStarbucks establishments around the valley for ordering something "not on the menu." But here, she had no tact to let me knowabout it. Also, the way she told me to "hold on, the reader is not ready for your card" was rude as I merely got my card out inpreparation to swipe not to swipe it then and there. I didn't get a good vibe from her. Very bizarre and she should beretrained and needs to learn the basics of treating customers with tact and respect. Shame! Now that Starbucks has changed it's overall appearance to accommodate a drive-thru window and it seems more like Dutch Brothers... than Starbucks one would think the best thing to do simply go to Dutch Brothers which is a place I've never went to but when itcomes to Coffee early morning and a place to socialize with family and friends Starbucks is just gone totally to the leftsometimes corporate decisions are not for the better interest of the company this is definitely shown in their current businessplan. This was my first time coming to this location. The gentleman working was very nice and greeted us. I unfortunately didn't get... his name. The lady who took our order whose name was Ashley was completely rude. She didn't greet us. She didn't even look at meand looked extremely bothered that I was about to order. She spoke over me and shouted what at me when she couldn't hear myorder. On top of all that she came out to clean and bumped right into me and said excuse me after the fact. I walked up to herpolitely asked if next time she could walk around or say excuse me and I would gladly move out of the way and she just rolledher eyes and said I did say excuse me and tried arguing with me. We grabbed our drinks and said thank you to the gentleman thatmade our drinks and was extremely polite and we sat outside on the chairs the provide. Ashley walked to the trash can to throwsomething away and was still shouting saying we were rude knowing we were sitting here and could still hear her. I loveStarbucks and it's my favorite coffee place to go but she ruined it for me. The worst customer service I've ever received. Assomeone who works as a cashier and in customer service she needs a different job not working with people. This was at 6:40pm onMay 25th. Read more
