The food was good, but whoever the cook is was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was sitting with my son enjoying my food and... the cook got in a disagreement with a customer and started yelling and cursing at them. I could not believe it. He was notprofessional and I was taken a back at how he was interacting with the customer. I will be eating Smashburger again but not atthis location. Read more
So my order was the scorching chicken tenders and smash fries. I would like to add that I?m always disappointed with lack of... heat when it comes to spicy food here in vegas, but I was extremely surprised and I completely underestimated the spice and painthose tenders made me go through. It was soooo tasty and juicy and really really spicy. My tenders were caked in seasonings thatdidn?t contain salty ingredients so they weren?t salty. They were just a tad over seasoned for my taste but great nonetheless.They pair very nicely with blue cheese sprinkled over and a nice Oreo shake to combat the heat. I?ll also add that I?ve had myfair share of ?paqui ghost pepper chips,? and the tenders were far over that heat. One small thing I?d like to add about thechicken would be, it?s not strong in flavors other than spice, so they have a bit of a weird awkward taste that I personallydidn?t mind too much. I definitely will recommend those tenders. Now, the smash fries were simple yet delicious to eat with thechicken. nicely seasoned. We come here for a good burger. I usually have the the single bacon smash and my wife has the single smash. Well today was no... different. We ordered, sat down and received our food. My was as usual but my wife?s was well under cooked. We brought to theserver and he apologized and they made a new one. Then he came out once again to apologize and offered my wife a shake, whichshe took. Then when they brought out her order they made the whole thing over again. The only thing about that was we ate adouble order of sweet potato fries! Still yummy and great service. We will always come here! Read more

I?m so surprised by how good this burger really was! And the fries, wow! I got the classic fries, so delicious. They?re old... school good! Unless you?re really down for some sweet potato fries. They have those too. I think sweet potato fries areover-rated. Back to the burger, trust me when I tell you, it?s as good as as it looks. You can totally taste the differencebetween a regular FF burger, and a 100% all Angus ground single Smashburger???? with cheese. I mean look at those pictures! Thisburger was put together with great care, and super fresh ingredients. I was lucky enough to meet the kind soul who made myburger. His name is Noah. If he?s in, here at the Eastern and Richmar (just South of Serene) location, I highly recommend hisburger building skills! They are second to none. Seriously folks, I have a cheese burger like twice a year. I?m glad I chosethis Smashburger. Next up, sometime in November, I?ll try Gordon Ramsey?s burger. When we got there someone had apparently taken our food ? But they quickly made us a new meal .. the food was good but probably... the greasiest food I?ve had in a while... ????My tater tot container had what I?m assuming was oil in it?
