My wife ordered her burger well done, like I did, but hers was so charred she couldn't eat it. Otherwise everything was great.... The server did a great job and all the other food was good. The burgers are really yummy and fairly low In price for being as good as they are. We were in a bit of a hurry and opted to... place a Togo order. Everything was great apart from just one thing; the fries were not fresh and the portion was extremelysmall. I'm sure they wouldv fixed them for me but being that I was in a hurry I sadly didn't have the chance to. Overall thisis a great place to eat without spending a ton of money. Read more

We've enjoyed Red Robin for years. Food continues to be good, service is okay. The way one pays their bill is a bit off putting... but doesn't change your experience. Burgers are good. The establishment is well taken care of, it is a nice different place togo for a burger and fries. Read more

The service was fine. But it was not easy to access the gluten free menu. Cuz I have to use my phone and the signal was slow. I... just hope they had their previous menu where you can just locate the GF food. BUT, enjoyed my Mad Lover Burger GF with sweetpotato fries. The server said they have separate fryers for GF. Dined in for my sisters birthday and after being seated it took some time for someone to great us for drinks but that was fine... for it seemed like they where just catching up from a rush prior to us coming. But when the waiter came he did not seem like hewas in any momentum to serve us. Food came to us promptly but with mistakes and then when was asked to correct there was noacknowledgment as to when the food would be ready and did not check on us i had a PIG Out Tavern witch did not seem like what itwas described on the menu brown sugar on a patty should make it taste sweeter. Only one item was waived and refill on drink washorrible. Endless or bottomless more like forgetfulness and clumsiness from what i gather. No dessert offered or comp and thebathroom in the men's was horridly disgusting. Seemed like no pride in the work place. After a long day of looking at houses on a day when it rained! Red Robin is a win!!! . .Hostess - April. Greeted us and made... us feel welcomed! Devante- was our server, and Lou was our food Runner!
