First, the photos are to show that the artwork that was made entirely with crayons - super creative & unique! Second, the food... was pretty good, though getting to be ridiculously expensive (like a lot of places these days). Third, the customer service Irecieved was atrocious. I arrived a few minutes after my scheduled pickup time and wasn't greeted upon entering. After findingthe young male host and informing him I was there to pickup an order I barely got a smile or response. While waiting close to 10minutes for my food I realized there was another young lady there who had been waiting even longer. No one came to update us,ask if we'd already been helped or anything, though we saw multiple employees walk right by us, eyes down and ignoring uscompletely. Eventually a young woman who I believe might have been in a manager role addressed us both and seemed to makethings happen, finally. By then a third individual had come to pick up his to go order. The kicker was they brought my food outbefore the lady that had been waiting longer than me. I felt bad for her and said so, but I saw she did get her food shortlyafter that. No apologies nor explanations were offered by any of the staff. Maybe that's s.o.p. for this establishment? Staff was not very attentive and hardly came to the table. My burger tasted like it was caught in a grease fire. My wife's... grilled chicken sandwich was literally 2" round and dry as can be. My daughters Mac n Cheese looked as though it was made byKraft and straight out of a box. Waited 20 mins for another order of fries. We finally had to hunt someone down to get ourcheck. Food was alright. If you're getting a burger I strongly suggest you ask for no lettuce cause it's that nasty shredded lettuce... that just turns into a huge clump of a mushy hot nastiness & it gives off a gross taste. Garlic fries were just soaking ingarlic oil I'm assuming cause my friend got normal fries & they were no where near as oily as mine, they were also pretty skimpyon the fries but they bring you more, I don't understand why they just can't give us a bunch beforehand instead of askingeverytime we finish them if we want more? Have you ever been to a restaurant that sells fish and chips but not tartar sauce? Never fear, Red Robin is here. Firstly I... tried to go to any other restaurant but I reluctantly went to Red Robin because I felt like at least they are familiar and wouldtreat me right. Wrong! I was sat in the worst seating that I could get and then waited to change seats. After ten minutes ofpondering I was sat in the next available table that was available from the beginning but I guess I wasn?t fit for with myfamily. Once I was finally seated I was asked for my order politely and was served perfectly by my server. That wasfine. Apparently there are two servers, one that takes orders and one that brings them. So when you have a server who took yourorder be so polite and kind, then the server who brings it, has their bare hands on your plate during a pandemic and then spillscondiments in your lap twice, it seems a little belligerent and purposeful. Bringing out drinks that are well and far apart fromhow they are pictured, don?t expect anything to be as advertised. Honestly the sauce that was spilt on me wasn?t worse than thefact that the server spilt every sauce they could on me except the one that was on the menu with my order. I ordered fish andchips. It usually comes with tartar. Well at least the menu says that it comes with tartar but apparently there was none.Actually there was no sauce that could accompany my order, the only sauce available was the ranch that was spilled on my $200pants? twice! Just because I switched seating I suppose. Lies upon disrespect is all I felt. All in all it was a horribleexperience. Red Robin serves the best burgers! This location is conveniently located inside the Galleria Mall . We have been coming to Red... Robin for years and the food was always consistent. We always order a Mushroom Swiss burger with bottomless Fries and Peppercornburger. Those are our favorite ones. But this time we had their ?Serious meat pizza ???? ? and it was fresh baked and delicious????. We like it extra crispy which brings out the flavors even more. We were pleasantly surprised how delicious their pizzatasted. Definitely recommend it! Overall: The food was outstanding. Always delicious and juicy burgers or pizzas. Service wasattentive and friendly. We felt welcomed and appreciated! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and clean. The atmosphere isvery inviting. Great food, great service as always. Worked back to back 16 hour days and couldn't wait to get to RR for their steak fries with poppy seed honey mustard! My friend... got the 4 cheese melt with bottomless garlic fries and I got a bowl of french onion soup with a root beer float. Service wasgreat and the only reason for the 4 stars (this particular visit would've been a 2 or 3 but overall RR is usually a 4 or5)...our waitress was very nice and cheery. Food got here in a timely manner, however, the very first thing I noticed was thecheese on my soup was burnt...not even a lil...like the majority of the top. I smell it...and sure enough, smells burnt too. Ilook over to my friend's food and the bread on his sandwich was burnt too...and the cheese melted on top was extra dry. Ugggh.My float was great but then again how can u mess up a root beer float?? My friend was not offered another soda despite his emptyglass at the edge of the table. (We were asked if we wanted more water a couple times) All in all...not satisfied with thisvisit...we usually don't have any complaints...We'll be back but I'd like to see burnt food discarded and nicely presented foodbrought out as usual.
