The service I received tonight was horrible. The host attempted to have my family and I walk through something that spilled on... the floor. One of the reasons for my many trips to Red Lobster are the biscuits. Every batch of biscuits served were burnt. Then the waitress forgot to bring my daughter’s sides to her entree. This is probably THE WORST Red Lobster in town! POOR and INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT! The staff made me wait 20 minutes for a... pickup order because the they said the biscuits were being made, they took 20mins ONLY to make ONE biscuit. AND my food wascold! The food was great!No complaints other than the portion sizing for the sides.Our server was amazing, and paid us with an... exceptional amount of attention to make sure we had everything we needed. The steaks we ordered medium rare, were perfectlyseasoned, and the meat texture was on point. What a joy it is, when you sit down at a restaurant and you get a good steak!9/10.The lobster tails were a little skinny, but maybe the lobster was trying to lose some weight for summer before he got boiled!The lobster punch was great when paired with all the food, and was not too sweet either, by my surprise. I've been here a few times and food is good, what I would expect at Red Lobster. The parking lot is spacious and easy to find a... spot. Staff is nice and helpful. The service can be a little on the slower side, so I like to go when I'm not pressed for time.I often choose salmon, which is always cooked perfectly, seasoned well and complimented by the yummy sides like a warm, bakedpotato.
