HUMAN HAIR FRIED INTO MY CHICKEN BREADING?. Been eating Canes since I been in Vegas back nearly 15 years ago. Recently noticed more orders being inaccurate which was no... major thing but a few months ago we found a long black hair running thru a chicken finger. Needless to say it was too disgusting for that member of my family to finish her food and what was once her favorite eatery, is now nauseating to her. What reallymakes it worse is we wrote corporate and included pictures and after months received not even a single reply. Used to buy here for past two years. Ordered 10 fingers recently and the sizes are greatly reduced and prices are gone high.... Been experiencing this for past some months now. Even it tastes bit differently at times than the usual taste. They also reducedthe sizes of the cane's sauce boxes. Not value for money anymore. Used to feel full and satisfied after three fingers a yearbefore. Now the fingers feel like a extended version of nuggets. Gone from 5 to 1 star in a year. Read more
Why doesn't anyone show kids how to count change anymore. While Raising Cane's is by far the best fast food chicken joint in the... country, it's so sad when someone who is in their mid twenties cannot take coins and make the transaction and easiertransaction. For example if my order was $25.13, and I handed them 20 and a 10 and 13 cents they should be able to hand me back$5. Instead they try to hand me back the 13 cents because they can't do the math and figure out that by simply handing them$30.13 I can get a $5 bill back by way of example. Loved it from the first time. Pretty simple and straight forward menu. Great tasting chicken fingers. Juicy not dry. The... breading is perfectly seasoned with delicious crispiness on the outside and juicy and tender meat inside. Their fries aredelicious too. The toast is also tasty and buttery. But their house made dipping sauce is the best and goes perfectly with thechicken fingers, so yummy ????. It is like a mix of a Dijon mustard and mayo , very good and definitely a must try! Therestaurant is always clean and inviting, very vibrant atmosphere. The staff is friendly. Their drive-thru is always busy with along line of cars . But you can always dine in, which I recommend, because you don?t want your fries to get cold. Overall: greattasty chicken fingers, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Definitely recommend it! I will say that this is the best experience that I've had at a Raising Kane's location. The chicken was actually fresh and... crisp, which is not the experience I've had elsewhere. The customer service was top notch and I felt very well cared for by thestaff. I realize that there are a lot of people who really love Raising Cane's but taste is subjective. I'd like it a lot moreif they were all like this location but they would have to add many more dipping sauce options. I've said it before and I'll sayit again, if your whole deal is chicken strips and you only have two dipping sauces AND neither one of them is Ranch, what areyou even doing??!! Read more
I have passed by this and other locations but never stopped in. Now I will. Got the box combo. Crinkle cut fries are so... underrated so they stand out here. And Texas toast is a nice touch. The slaw was OK but what we?re really here for is thetenders. Hot and juicy, cooked to perfection. Add that Cane?s sauce and you have a good meal. Deliciousness. The fact that themanager stopped by all tables checking in with everyone was a plus. Very nice crew and very clean. I always see long lines atthe drive through here and other locations and now I know why. Everything is cooked to order so no sitting under a heat lamp anddrying out. You wait just a bit but it is so worth it, I will definitely be back, especially at this location since I do some ofmy shopping across the street at WinCo. Read more
The chicken is hands downs amazingly delicious! I don?t live near a Canes but you can bet I eat at one whenever I?m close to it!... The chicken is perfectly cooked! Warn, juicy with the perfect amount of crispy! I love their signature sauce (pro tip: order anextra). The crinkle fries are fantastic! The toast is the cherry on top!
