I always hesitate ordering on Uber Eats because my experience with the food service is usually not up to par compared to going... in and dining (the delivery drivers are always great). But, I had the best delivery experience from Potbelly today. My turkeysandwich was full, not skimped ? very flavorful, and my soup was still warm! Excellent! The young girl who was making sandwiches around 3 needs a little more training. Half the ingredients didn?t make it on my... sandwich. First time coming to a potbelly. Young lady making our salad and sandwich was very nice. The wreck (sandwich) was delicious and... she like the apple walnut salad. The chocolate chip cookie was also pretty good. Clean interior, but looked almost abandoned.We were the only people there. The only negative was the gentlemen who ran the register did not seem like he wanted to do anywork and like we were inconveniencing him having to ring up our order. I'd still come again. Read more
This Was our go to sandwich shop. I placed an online order for 2 Italians. Paid for the order and tip online w credit card like... always. Go to pick up and the guy tells my wife they don't have salami. Ok, just use double pepperoni instead. Then he goes onto tell her they have no provolone. So at this point you can't really make an Italian sandwich. Why was the order accepted? Iasked him to just cancel the order and he told me he could not. I asked him for a number so I could cancel the order and he saidthey didn't have that either. So at this point I have no idea how to cancel the order. I asked him for the owners name and wastold no. How can you keep a sandwich shop open with no ingredients, as he also told us they only had a couple of White rollsleft. He told me it wasn't his problem they had no ingredients. I'm going to have to challenge the charge on my credit card now.They make it easy to place an online order but if you have a problem it's nearly impossible to cancel it online. Nice clean interior. Employees were nice but not too helpful in recommending or guiding a newbie to get a sandwich. Ended up... with avo turkey sandwich and felt kinda dry. Read more
First time here... BOMBBB???? first of all, the salads are huge! Was able to split one salad between 2 people so thats awesome!... Got The Wreck salad- super good! Second of all, the sandwiches are packed full of toppings. The hot peppers are SO GOOD! My newfavorite spot! Will be back! Also, the sandwiches we got were both still warm by the time we got home too... Both got Clubbysandwiches. Have ZERO complaints. Paid for avocado on 1 of them and didn't get it but I don't even care haha. It was still THATgood! Read more
The sandwiches are good but they are incredibly small and highly priced getting a 6-in sandwich was $10 just for the sandwich If... you wanted a combo you get a 6-in sub for like $16. If it was a footlong like Firehouse subs Port of subs or Subway it would bemore worth it but it's just wasn't worth the money. Read more
