We came in at 5:45pm we realized the store was closing soon. So I ask can we sit down and eat. We were told yes with a smile. ... We were told we could only sit at one table because the other ones were clean. The table was dirty and no one offered to cleanit. At 5:57 we were told " I hate to rush you but we close in 3 minutes." We finished our food, my wife was on her last bite at6pm. We were told again we are closing you have to leave. My wife ask the lady at the cash register is this your policy to rushyour customers out the store she was told yes. I spoke to the young lady and let her know she is in the wrong business if thisis how she treats people. She played music the whole time with profanity and racial slurs. My wife frequents your store. It's 3:00 on a Tuesday and they're closed both open signs are lit up outside, one of the doors wasn't quite locked and when I... opened it I was greeted by a very rude older woman who said that she can't make me anything these are her last customers Iinquired why she said because she's the only person there and she's waiting for other employees to show up. I would literally give 0 stars if it was possible. We ordered online for pick up I showed up 30 mins after ordering when it said... that the order would be done by 415. They told me I had to wait another 15 mins. There was no customers in the store. When I gothome with my order. They put the right toppings on the wrong sandwiches. The sandwiches that were asked to be toasted were allcold. We also ordered cookies. And the date on them were a week old and they were so hard. I really don?t understand why it tookover 45 mins to make 4 sandwiches and then they weren?t even correct. It?s just very frustrating. We paid almost 50 bucks forfood that was cold and wrong. Just drove 30 minutes to get a sub. Signs and lights are all on. There?s someone in there but doors are locked. Chnage the hours... on Google or someone is closing doors early. Read more
