Ordered thru App tonight. (Keep in mind that my phone number is in my app). Went to pick up order. No tenders, no nuggets, no... drumsticks, no wings, no phone call to let me know and no receipt given. This is not the first time either. Waiting to seewhat was charged on my credit card. 3 Cars in front of us at 3PM. Ordered 12 piece family meal. 40 minutes later get out of drive thru, get home and it?s not... spicy chicken and they were rushed so a lot of the breading was soggy. This is the second time in a row?. Avoid at all costs. Read more
Is Popeyes trying to kill people? I received two packets of Blackened Chicken Ranch that are clearly marked KEEP REFRIGERATED... and got WARM ranch that was bubbled up indicative of food poisoning if I ate it. On top of that, no powdered sugar for thebegnets? At least pretend to be happy you're there and please don't kill off your customers. That's how you get paid. Read more
I never post reviews, but this needs to be addressed. This location needs to close or hire enough staff. I ordered online in... order to not wait in their ridiculously long line. The app gives the option to pick up in store or drive through, and obviouslyI chose to pick up because I was trying to avoid the line. When I got to the store the sign on the door said that all pickups,including delivery services like door dash, must drive through to pickup. That is absolutely not acceptable! I ordered my foodat 6:34 with a 6:50 pickup time.I got to the store at 6:49, saw the notice, called the store with no luck of being able topickup. I got in line at 6:50 and finally got to the drive through window at 7:31. They tried to give us someone else?s order.It took another 3 minutes to box up the correct order. It?s terrible always short staff, staff doesn?t care if they have 10 cars in the drive-thru. They take their sweet time. These... kids are on the phone. The managers is eating by the drive-thru so unprofessional. They need new staff. Read more
The place is horrible, ordered a 14 tender special chicken was extremely over cooked, staff had an attitude when I asked for a... receipt unacceptable. Also charges 1 extra for Mac and cheese and it is disappointing Read more
After a long drive thru wait, I was given burnt chicken, both sides were short, and I asked for no thighs (3 times) and thighs... were in my order. Popeyes is normally the "high end" fast food chicken that gets your order right and does not give out visiblyburnt food. Read more
I never write bad reviews, but this is so necessary! First of all WHO IS THE MANAGER???!!! And why isn?t the dinning room open?... The line is always wrapped and barely moving. You pay your hard earned money just to get home and have your order all wrongbecause they don?t even try to care. For this location to be new and in a prominent busy area, you?d think the service and foodwould be somewhat standard if not excellent. It?s far from that! This location should close already! Give that space andstorefront to another restaurant that is deserving. I?m disappointed every time I go and today was the last day of me visitingthat location. Read more
