Let me begin by saying I like Pizza Hut. But this location needs help!!! There is always something wrong with the order..this... time no pepperoni on the Pizza. I can overlook these things from time to time but what I can't stand and haven't been able tofor a long time is the fact EVERY single time you go to pick up your Pizza NO ONE and I mean NO ONE acknowledges you for atleast20 minutes sometimes longer!! This is absurd...why!? What is up with this management?? I tip 18% every single time!! I thoughtthat 'tips" stood for "To insure proper service". I don't want a free Pizza or a discount! Just know if you don?t want your order properly made and want to admire their lobby for an hour and a half before you see... another soul - this is the place for you. They simply don?t follow instructions. I waited easier to order from the last time I ordered and it didn?t get any better. Now... they are outsourcing their deliveries to DoorDash. My last one was 35 minutes late. And I had to pay an extra charge of $4.50. Read more

Definitely will never return. Waited almost an hour for a carry out one topping pizza. Only explanation was my first pizza was... burnt. Staff seemed like they were working against one and other. If there was a zero star I'd give it to this place. Read more
