bad service, cold pizza and greasy wings. over $50 bucks wasted! We received notice our order was canceled, after half an hour... trying to reach them, we drive to the store. we are told they do not answer the phone while only two of them are working , andour order was on the way ( half an hour after the delivery time, and almost an hour after the order was " canceled") We rushhome to find the delivery guy there. it is now 6 pm on an order that was placed a little after 4. the pizza as noted was coldand the wings cold and greasy. will never order from here again. ps The manager told me they were unable to refund my orderbecause that privilege's has been taken away from him. Such rude service I called in to cancel a carry out order 5 hours before the order had to be made and the person on the phone... was so rude. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience, I placed an order for 2 pizzas with an additional 5 dollar fee that you guys charge... for delivery from a tip I gave the gentlemen who delivered it I received half my order correct one pie was wrong I ordered apineapple and jalapeños pizza received a pepperoni and pineapple I tried addressing this matter over the phone I was quicklyanswered when I ordered but when I told the gentleman I had a problem I was put on hold for 15-20 minutes just enough time forme to drive over to Pizza Hut and too see not a single phone ringing when I walked in even though I was on the hold this is abit ridiculous considering I paid extra money for a delivery fee but I?m here really took away from the convenience of thedelivery.
