This Panera Bread restaurant needs a good cleaning. The walls on the side of the booths are very dirty and I don't ever see... them clean the tables after someone leaves. The bathroom also needs a good cleaning and some updates as the sink attached tothe wall is about to fall off. Read more

The food here is the same as literally every other panera. But that's not the issue. I ordered off the mobile app because I'm... sick and I didn't feel up to the drive or exposing anyone to my sickness. My mother did me a favor to pick it up and drop it offto me. I specifically ordered the Cream of chicken and wild rice soup, which is delicious by the way. I also ordered a Mac andcheese and pizza for my kids, since I can't really cook right now. When I finally got my soup, I was disappointed to see thatthey got my order wrong. I double checked my receipt and saw that it wasn't on my end so I called. Imagine my disappointmentwhen I found out it was done on purpose, Because they were out of my preferred soup, so chose the closest thing. No remorse,nothing. You might be wondering how in the world can they fix this issue when they were obviously unable to serve me what Iwant? Well, in person they would've told me they were out and I would have chosen a different soup based on my tastes. Sincethis was a mobile order, they could have called me, OR when they came out to the car, let the person know they were out and whatwould she have liked, which my mother would've called to see. It sucks I had to pay for something I don't even like, and itsucks that if I was feeling healthy and not contagious, I would've driven back to get a different soup. And it sucks that if Iwas more confrontational about it on the phone, I probably would have had different experience where someone would've tried tofind a different solution. Just finished enjoying a delicious dinner here with my wife. Their salads and sandwiches are delicious, they absolutely hit the... spot. I've been a regular for many many years here at this location. Typically frequent in the morning for a nice cup of coffeeon the way to work. However, recently have tried dinner and it offers a relaxing evening. I love how this location offers aquiet and quaint atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and service is pronto. Never encountered any issues here. Nuviaassisted my wife and I today. She is an absolute dedicated and caring associate. She offered a couple different specials andrecommendations for us since we are newer to enjoying in the evening time. This store is such a pleasure. Service is always quick and service with a smile is provided with each visit. This location is... definitely my favorite. This location got the jubilee gold prize to me on Fridays. They have the best team made only out of young girls and skinny and... prompt to serve, including the manager. She is such a young girl , I am pretty sure she is sixteen. Excellent team work. Theyget along with each other at their own pace. It is very beautiful to see them work together, it is hilarious and pleasant andexciting. That is the spirit of Panera Bread. Youth, girls look alike, they look all sisters to each other, and they all listento their manager. It is super cool to watch, they look like a family. This location has the best team work on Fridays. Love Panera Bread. Especially love this location. It is located at the District at Green Valley Ranch where we usually go to... dine and shop. I know Panera is the same everywhere, but the customer service at this location is fantastic. They really makeyou want to go back. The customer service at this location is always excellent. They are always friendly and helpful. Nice jobKim - the store manager for running a great operation. Your leadership shows through your employees. Food is always fresh anddelicious. I like the fact that they serve 100% clean food , without any artificial preservatives, sweeteners, colors,etc...that is really rare to find these days anywhere. Overall:The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. It is very inviting . The foodis consistent and is prepared like it is suppose to be. They have kiosks for convient ordering and their app for ordering isgreat too . The restaurant is very clean and the cashiers were nice and remembered to ask me about my Panera rewards.
