Horrible experience. Second time I go to this location and they F up my order. Not hard. Big Mac no onions extra pickles. Why... would anyone do it in reverse. Clearly I hate onions. I can?t even go back because it?s not even worth the gas money and time.Now I have to starve because I can?t eat it. Horrible experience and service. Hope this location gets shut down. Staff couldn't be any ruder. Placed an online to go order waited 15 minutes even though I placed the order 10 minutes before... getting there. Then you got the rude stuff putting your drinks in front of you 3 by the way and just walks away and doesn't sayanything to you. I had to Literally put my arm underneath the plexiglass On the employee side just to get a drink carrier.The drive thru isn't bad but the people on the inside including the manager definitely need to be changed out never felt moredisrespected in my life as a customer Read more
This McDonald's location is a joke. This most recent visit here was a total disaster. I did a mobile order through the... McDonald's app. Got to the location and went inside to pick up the order. When we first got there we asked if our order had beenreceived just to make sure (this isn't the first time this has happened to us). They informed us that it had been received andthey were working on it. 10 minutes go by and we ask again about our order. They are working on it. 25 minutes later, we talkedto a manager and he said that they are still working on it. We then asked them to cancel our order and refund our money andwe then received our order 30 seconds later... Try to avoid this McDonald's location if at all possible!! Read more
Horrible manager named Vincent!!! Doesn't know how to do his job and resolve any issues with customers. Female employee named... Princess whose name the manager didn't even want to give, so not sure if this is even her real name needs more training! If aperson ask for hot fries and all they ordered was a large fries all you need to do is apologize and get the customer a new one.Not say give me the fries back and then close the window in a customers face!! I placed an order for curbside pick up and one of the employees came to mi saying the coffee machine was broken and he asked me... if I want ice cream instead of coffee, I said no. My order was a big mocha frappe, french fries and a McFlurry. They neverbrought me the rest of my order. I went inside to ask about it and they told me that I was able to refund my order through theapp. I told I wasn't able to since the order had already been processed and I've been given my receipt. The manager didn'tunderstand and I was given attitude. He then asked if i wanted a refund through the register and so I did. Also let your workersknow when they're cooking please do not chew gum. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I spent 20 minutes waiting to get to the order box. I ordered 2 CHEESE BURGER... Happy Meals with extra fries and sweet tea. Easy enough... Took another 5 minutes to get to the first window to pay.. a few moreto get my food. The young lady touched the trash can with her gloved hand. I asked her to change her gloves, with attitude shedid so. Then handed me the 2 happy meals and tea. Low and behold it wasn't a easy order at all because I received chickennuggets instead. So when I returned to let them know, they handed me a bag that must have belonged to someone else for it had 2cheese burgers with a glob of mayonnaise and no pickle. I will not EVER return to this McDonald's, and I wish all the luck toanyone who does. I took more dedication to type this than they did to get the order correct. Read more
Food was good got a free big Mac off the app .the cashier was very helpful she put my order in so I didn't have to touch that... kiosk .I really don't like to have to touch a dirty kiosk when I'm at a fast food restaurant I think they shouldn't have themand should leave it up to the employees to take my order .
