It was VERY busy tonight. We had all special orders. However, Destiny took our order. Her attitude was FANTASTIC! I cannot say... how impressed I was with how she handled the hectic pace and was sincerely friendly. Destiny would be an asset to any employer.My grandchildren even commented on how nice she was. This is literally the best McDonald's that I have ever been to in my life haha.. I don't make a habit of eating at McDonald's,... but I am 35 years old so I've been to a few in my life... ...this location is the chik-fil-a of all the rest. No matter how manycars in the drive through, it always moves fast, the employees are always on point & have never once messed up an order, madethings difficult, etc.. & the food comes out looking AND tasting like it jumped out of a commercial. Every time I pass thislocation, I tell whoever is nearest me that this is far & away the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Read more
Morning staff is great but good luck if you try to order a simple meal in the afternoon. Staff can't even put together a... chicken nugget meal after a 30 minute wait. Embarrassing. Read more
Food is always good here, but it looks like everyone is running around like a chicken with their heads cut off. I?ve been to... this location about 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME its 15-20 minutes of waiting, even if its just one item sometimes. Fast food?Should probably change the definition. Read more
I didn't get my ice coffee, which was such a disappointment. I order quite often from this location and Door Dash delivers. This... is not the first time something has been missing from my order. I do get a refund from Door Dash but that's not the point. Thefact is when you order food you expect to get it. I have never complained before. I don't like to do that. People make mistakes,but to leave out a large drink from an order is just carelessness. In other words someone dropped the ball. The person fillingthe order was either not paying attention or the store is so busy that the servers are rushed. If that's the case maybe theyneed to hire another person. I'm sorry this happened. Very dissatisfied with this McDonald?s once again. I?ve tolerated it before, but very annoyed after a 25 min wait to even order,... it was poor quality. It is McDonald?s and we all know what to expect. Yet their should be better management to ensure there isenough food prep for a dinner rush. Definitely one of the slowest places I?ve been. Then things are often forgot. This time Ididn?t fully check. Sauces were forgotten for nuggets, and the fries were half full. Photo attached is as they came out of thebag. This is by far the best and most friendliest McDonald's I've ever been to. Their is never any waiting time, pleasant, well... mannered employees. These kids love working, smile, wish you a great day, thank you, and welcome you! It's just amazing to drivethrough, pleasantly help you and by the time you get your food, your driving off smiling after that experience. This is the realversion of true commercial with happy white Americans, having the best experience at an American hamburger joint. Read more
Good food and drive thru is pretty quick. Maybe a little bit more education on getting orders correct. Also, when serving fries,... it would be nice for a fresh batch instead of them serving them as stiff as branches on a tree. Read more
