They delivered my pizza to the wrong address. When I called the store about it the manager was very rude and insisted that it... was my fault because I didn?t answer door. She then told me I had to come pick my pizza up when I had already paid for delivery.They finally delivered my food and apparently they didn?t remake my food because my pizza was very cold. I've been getting Marco's for a little over a year now. I moved from California and I couldn't find a pizza place that I liked... until I tried the thick crust from Marco's. I order from there at least once a week. I've been happy with the pizza untilyesterday. I got the pizza but it was hard to eat cause the crust seemed to crispy. I was going to call them back but I just ateit. Hope it was just a bad pizza day. Their service has been great always nice and helpful. Read more
