If you are looking for fresh made noodles and full on flavor, look no further! I was happy to have found this little gem right... here in Henderson. There’s layers of flavor in every single bite. The spice of the chili pepper oil was just right and hadgreat flavor. I was a happy camper with my dinner tonight! Read more

Found it by accident and so glad we did. Plenty of free parking. Thankfully wasn’t busy when we arrived, so we had our... choice of tables and noticed the place was very clean. Server was super friendly and attentive and made great recommendations. Food came out super fast and was delicious. Checked out other reviews while dining and saw there’s a lot of good ones, andthey’re definitely deserved. Prices were very good considering the quantity and quality of food. While we were eating, anumber of other customers came in and you could tell they were regulars (and the very good kind). That spoke to us as well. We’ll definitely be regulars here now too. First time here, simply 5 star ?? for us. Noodles are good and the broth is just right, definitely my kind of Chinese noodle... soup! The rest of our orders were just as delicious. Update : 8/21/22 I’d skip the Chinese burger next time Read more

Another Chinese hand pulled noodle restaurant! There's an open kitchen where you can watch your food get made and noodles... freshly pulled. Lots of seating inside including right up by the kitchen window, and love the decor and art. Only one serverworking the whole floor, so service was pretty slow, but that's okay! I had time! We got the Chinese burger and spicy wontonsto start. We both enjoyed our starters more than our entrees! The Chinese burger was shredded pork in a bun. The pork wasflavorful and juicy. These are actually the best spicy wontons I've tried in Nevada so far!! You get I think 8 in an order, theyare much bigger in size than anywhere else, and the chili oil is perfect! My husband got the chicken fried rice and I orderedtheir brisket noodle soup. The brisket is extremely fatty, and could have been cooked a bit longer to render off that fat. Itwas super chewy and almost didn't break down at all in my mouth. The broth and noodles were decent, but I have had better! Thefried rice was unfortunately disappointing, didn't have much flavor and was dry. Overall, I think I would go back for more ofthe appetizers instead of their entrees. Maybe I'll try a chow mein or something different. Definitely getting those spicywontons again though!! Read more

Been a couple of times, my tasty go to is the seafood noodle ???? ???????? Fish, scallops, shrimp, calamari, “fake” crab and... vegetables… My wife, this visit, had the chicken chow mein. We also tried the onion pancake. Tasty, fresh and hot. Read more

Had the Szechuan beef brisket noodle, shrimp fried rice, pot stickers, and shrimp tempura. All of it was delicious and cooked... perfectly. Restaurant itself is clean and cozy, service was solid, prices were reasonable. Great place for some authenticChinese food. Read more

The soups here are so good! Tonight we ordered the brisket soup and the chicken mushroom soup, both with knife cut noodles. The... knife cut noodles are wonderfuly unique- unevenly cut so you get different textures throughout the dish. They are perfectlychewy and different from regular ramen or udon style noodles. The broths are really flavorful too. And you can watch them handpull the noodles while you eat! Read more
