The atmosphere here is great I really like the homey feel. Their menu isn't too large either. I had the vegetarian sandwich and... added extra cheese. Unless your getting soup or salad with your meal i'd say the whole sandwich is a good meal, otherwise 1/2will do fine. The only reason I gave a 4 is cause I thought their prices were a bit steep. All the food was excellent and theguava smoothie was to die for. So was the croissant with almonds on top. I still have day dreams about it. I'll probably stopthere again. I enjoy Kneaders but it's not consistent. Sometimes my food is great, sometimes a disappointment. There omelets are the... perfect size for a nice little breakfast but on my last visit the chunks if feta cheese in my Greek omelet where ice cold andhuge . It was not enjoyable. Came in for breakfast and a coffee at 7:45 in the morning there are 3 or 4 employees standing around doing nothing and I noticed... 4 tables in a row unfortunately the only ones in the shade were all dirty. The coffee bar was dirty and so was the area whereyou throw your trash away. I mentioned it very nicely to the person that appeared to be the manager and she gave me a look thatwould kill and said we'll get to it in a very short manner. Also when my breakfast was brought to me the simple step ofgrabbing the prepackage cupboard and bringing that with the food was overlooked and I had to get-up-and-get that myself it'sjust poor service I wish I could take my tip back. It is a shame that businesses are having to pay a premium for people whodon't think and don't work and that service is so poor and this is what we are asked to accept now. I thought kneaders was a great place to eat, I had the turkey ,bacon ,lettuce ,avocado, tomato on focaccia, it was great and... their desserts are also great, I just love the fact that you can walk in and buy a loaf of artisanal bread right off the shelf,I love the atmosphere, love the decor... definitely will be back! We has ordered 2 pies on Wednesday the 26 to be picked up the 27th. Upon arrival we asked the young lady for the order and she... said Lacey is here for her order of 2 pies. Everyone was going in front if us, so we asked STACY if the pies for were ready. Shesaid with a very snotty answer did tell anyone you were here. Yes we did, she said they will get to us when out order was ready.Right then pulled the pies out of the case as they were already ready to go. She never greeted us, nor did she say thank you.She had a very bad attitude and I can't believe that you would have such a rude person working the front counter. We paid 60.00for the pies, she could have been pleasant rather than very rude! Never will I order from you again. What a bad first experiencewe had.
