Always friendly and food is good (except for the popcorn chicken), but how does a kfc not have enough biscuits made? Not waiting... 15 minutes for them. They did offer an extra side or cookies but not the same. Read more
This is the KFC that I would go to once in a blue moon, that was closest to where I used to live. Ideally I'd rather have the... biscuits from Church's, tenders from Raising Canes, sandwich from Chic-Fil-A, chicken from Popeyes; but I do still like KFCMashed potatoes. So I'm in the Philippines now and in case you wanted to know what the mashed potatoes look like take a look.The side mashed potatoes are an abysmal small ice cream scoop, and their large portion is two small scoops. To be fair theprices are cheap for meals and Filipinos would rather have rice with most of the meals, but here I prefer Popeyes or evenJollibee. But there is a good thing over here, the Colonel is a Coca Cola man, yep KFC 's with Coke instead of Pepsiproducts. But Thailand on the other hand was the opposite you want some potatoes "baam" here's a bucket worth "Niiiice", wish Iwould have taken a photo. Read more
So I had to go back to get the sauce I ordered and I still didn't butter for the biscuits. I had to go twice to get the correct... order and honestly, I never did. Food tastes fine. Biscuits could use some butter. Read more
I stopped by a location near where I was doing some shipping, not anywhere near home, ordered an 8 piece chicken only, all dark... meat. I received 7 pieces and it was mixed. When I called and talked with the Manager, she was very nice, but seemed to be alittle lost as what to do. She finally told me to come back in and she would remake my order correctly. I went in the next day,making another trip to the area especially to correct the error, and the manager on duty was pleasant and even gave me 2 extrapieces of chicken for my trouble. Read more
The hardest thing about easting at KFC is the usually dirty state of the restaurant and the more disgusting than average... bathrooms there. I generally like the food fine if it's prepared right. The food here was fine, the bathroom was not awesome andthe service was very friendly and helpful. I guess that's a mixed bag of results, hence the mid grade rating. I mostly just dotake out to avoid the bathroom concern but the problem with that is that most KFC's forget to add your dipping sauce when youorder strips as if that a job requirement. They make you pick the sauces you want when you order online and then don't give themto you unless you remember to check your bag and ask for them again. I haven't done takeout from this location but i can onlyassume it's the same. I gave 3 stars rather than two because the employees were friendly and helpful and my food metexpectations. I really do like KFC but I feel like the Colonel would take issue with a few things that are common to the chainwere he still around. Read more
This place is the worse KFC I have ever been to. 25 minutes in line,in the drive threw. The young girl who took my order got my... order wrong. Only one person in front of me so I don't know why it took so long. I ordered a chicken sandwich and said nosauce,so when she repeated the order at the window she says no sauce & no pickles. I told her I wanted pickles so instead ofthem putting the pickles on the sandwich they where in a container thrown in the bag. I paid with a card and after she gave memy food she started to shut the window and I had to tell her to give me my card back. The chicken sandwich barely had any batteron it. Obnoxious kid (the one with the aphro in case management sees this) working the drive thru yelling "WELCOME TO KAYYY EFFF CCC"... almost blowing my eardrum out. I order a Mac n cheese and Mt dew and get home and the macaroni is all cold and and cheese iscurdled up. Quality needs to improve can't believe I paid for this. Read more
