I hate giving bad reviews but honestly this was the worst delivery experience ever. Ordered pizzas and drinks for an employee... lunch at work. The order was made at 12:30. The delivery driver didn?t wander up to the place until around 2:10-2:15 ? They tooknearly two hours to deliver just TWO pizzas.. The delivery address was just like 10 minutes from the restaurant so that makesno sense. There was no tracking, no communication with the driver whatsoever. I called the restaurant to figure out what wasgoing on. They don?t use Uber Eats drivers, they use their own driver and the lady claimed it takes 45 minutes to deliver, butthe entire ordeal took close to 2 hours. Asked for napkins, didn?t get napkins Asked for a pizza with sausage ONLY and got aPepperoni/sausage pizza.. We paid close to $80 for 2 pizzas and an order of chicken tenders and the pizza was awful. Thechicken tenders were just fine, but honestly anyone can air fry a frozen pack of chicken tenders, and I?m disappointed that theonly thing that tasted good from this place was something that they probably didn?t actually make. It seems petty to complainbecause it?s just pizza, but paying around $80 for two cold pizzas that were made wrong and that took 2 hours to arrive seems atad overpriced for less-than-great service and food. I have eaten their pizza before at the LV Blvd. location about 2 years ago and this place is just as yummy. Very sweet girl... behind the counter. Fair price. Awesome taste and I'm an original New Yorker. Very clean inside too. Read more

The pizza was good but the fries I ordered had been way over cooked and they where burnt

Probably the best pizza and Calzones i have ever had! My fiance and I travel all the way from California to get a slice and... calzone. The staff today was extremely friendly and very helpful . We need a Joes New York Pizza in the high desert area ofCalifornia. Read more
