My sandwich is usually pretty good, but I have to make a comment about a certain employee. I go here often because it?s close to... work, and a certain employee is just so mean to all the staff. There were two other customers that arrived as I didwhom not yet purchased their order. They received their order before me. My sandwich bread is hard and not at all fresh. Therewas so much lettuce and hardly any meat. I redeemed a free reward, only to have lettuce in the sandwich. Mobile ordering should be easy. You customize your sandwich and it prints a receipt which tells the store how to make the... sandwich. In reality, this location just builds the sandwich how they please and leaves off extra items you pay for and includeitems you tell them to keep off the sandwich. If you want to lose at sandwich roulette, this is the location for you! Read more

Great location, however my sandwich was disgusting! This was my very 1st visit believe it or not. I wouldn't go back again or... frequent this sandwich shop at any location! There was no mayo, mustard on my bread, it was extremely dry! The salami is typicalsalami, provolone cheese was good. The lettuce was barely there. The tomatoes and onions were scarce. One tomato and two sliversof thin sliced onions. No pickles, even though I asked for pickles. I expect lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles on my sandwichalong with mayo and mustard. I asked them what's on the sandwich, they said lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles, mayo andmustard. Well that was a massive miss. I can honestly say, I wouldn't go back to any location. Read more
My first time to any JJ's and I gotta say I'm very dissatisfied. I mean, it's alright I guess, the kid that's on the register... needs to be changed. He doesn't know anything about greeting, he doesn't have any knowledge about the food they serve oranything, I was asking him about some stuff and he would always look back at the kid making the sandwiches, let alone he had hismouth full of food, made me sick when he was talking to me, anyways, I asked about the number 17, all he told me was what I readon the board, like alright? Then the total was kinda ridiculous, it came out to be about eight dollars and something, but then Iguess that was only for the sandwich, you buy the drinks and chips separately!! So I had to pay an extra four dollars! Twelvedollars for some bread and ham, stale chips, and flat soda is NOT worth it, I should of just stayed home, I could of made all ofthat there.
