Over a month ago I called and spoke to Victoria, with a complaint regarding missing items in my order, said she is a manager and... the next time I return, ask for her and she will make it right. When I pulled up to the window, I asked for Victoria, gave hermy name asked if she remembered me I no longer have the receipt, Victoria immediately jumped right in and said she does rememberme and let me know of the missing items, that she would give them to me with my current order. Was craving a burger at 6:30 am on a Sunday. They had me covered. Food was fresh and the basic witch shake was awesome... So... good I went back for a second shake for me and my mom at 11:30 am.. however the card reader was not working during my secondvisit... so had to go to the atm at bank next door for cash. The dining room is also closed to the public so it was drive thruand cash only at busiest time of day. Hence my removal of stars. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience. Read more
Been a while since I've eaten food from here. I started craving the tacos from there, so I ordered those with their amazing... curly fries. I don't eat a ton of fast food anymore, but once in awhile isn't a bad idea. I will say this, it did notdisappoint! Drive-thru service was friendly and helpful. The really great thing about Jack in the box is it's consistency. What you get in one area you will likely get another. This is... the same in the Henderson market. The team players are efficient the food is fresh and delicious and the price points prettymuch match or are somewhat lower than the Los Angeles area. Read more
Thank you Mike!! I love this Jack in the Box and their staff. Always nice and polite and professional, even as they?re short... staffed at the moment. The gentleman "Mike" at the drive thru told me he?s there 6 days a week and was still kind and in goodspirits. I?m here 4 days out of the week on average and never any issues with my food or the service. Their new chicken isamazing! everyone should try it!!!! Read more
What a Great experience! The cashier was a cute young girl with braces that was very helpful.She actually care enough to ask... the people who she served if they enjoyed their food. Nice. She recommended the Mini tacos which I thought was excellent theirsmall bite sized tacos but if you like nachos this is what up on nachos. Went for the first time.. After many years.. Waited and waited.. At the counter... The guy waltzes in after he was outside..... Finally took the order for double cheeseburger combo.. Took their sweet old time.. 20 min for an eat in order. The burger wasone of the worst.. No ketchup, mayo to talk about. No pickle. No tomatoes. Nothing..! Fries was cold, flabby and tasteless. Oneof the worst fries I've ever had. Certainly not worth the price. Read more
