Okay, I just recently moved to Nevada, we don't have a Jack in the Box in my previous state. Ive been stopping by different... restaurants every day. Jack in the box has, by far, impressed me more than any other fast food place. Their ultimatecheeseburger reminds me of my mother's homemade cheeseburgers! It is delicious! I am a customer/delivery driver. Giving compliments one of your night shift employees(Gilberto) & all the team. Starting with... those delivery orders, at least on my case I've never had any customer complaints regarding missing items, or wrong orders.Everything is always checked & confirmed accordingly. And as a customer, there's always a nice & kind service, without anyissues on my orders. Thoughts on the food, salad is always fresh, crispy both chicken, and leafs. Overall a nice experience!???? I order online all the time from here but it gets worse every time. I ordered a double bacon egg cheese sandwich combo & a... sausage egg cheese sandwich combo. First, both sandwiches said sausage egg & cheese. I go back to the store & they tell me itwas labeled wrong so I open it to see & there?s a squished up sandwich in the wrapper. It had 3 half slices of bacon on it. Iask the worker if this is a double bacon egg cheese sandwich combo that I paid extra for & he says yes. I said, look at it, doesthat look like a double bacon egg cheese sandwich? It?s so small. He said that?s what they tell me. I complained about howdisappointed I was & he did nothing!
