I'm in the service industry and I know there's always one thing that staff absolutely dreads the customer ordering. I was... wondering, do the shakes fall under that category? .... The reason I ask, the last 5 times (3 for me, and 2 for my boyfriend)have gone to this location to order shakes, we've been told "Sorry we're all out, And it will take 30 minutes to refill".Probably not a coincidence. This always leads to us driving to the location down the street, which always seems to be in stock.I truly want to know, because if it is a d*ck move ordering it, I can go straight to the other location. Staff were pleasant. We arrived at a particularly busy time and they were only taking orders via the app which we didn't have.... They still took our order and the food was actually quite good. Read more
Found a fried dead rat in my meal, when I called the store to report it. The manager said they had a rodent problem very rudely,... refused to identify herself then hung up on me after I asked for the corporate office number to report it. I pulled up yesterday and was denied service because they were short staffed. They told me to order through a third party app... (at 3am) when there was NOBODY in line. I?m going to leave a review every time I?m denied service here. There?s absolutely noreason to not take orders at the 24 HOUR drive through. Regardless if short staffed or not, there should have been a ?it?s goingto be a 10-15 minute wait, is that okay with you?? Conversation, but no, I was denied service instead. Mind you there was nobodyin line when I got and left there. UPDATE 11/8: the website link that the owner had me go to DOES NOT WORK.
