If I would be able to put zero stars I would have. I had terrible service there, my kids were hungry. We arrived there at 9:20,... we finally got a place to sit at 10:40. We ordered around 10:48, and we got the food around 11:32. There was hair in my kidsfood, and I paid for a coffee and there was a lipstick stain on the mug. My kids ordered a breakfast burrito with pancakes, thepancakes came at the last minute when I was about to go and pay. The waitresses were fighting about what tables weren?t gettingfood. There was only one lady at the register and there was only two people serving the food. The restaurant should be withbetter service because it is in Henderson. If your planning to go to that ihop please pay attention to the food especiallythere. Read more
Ordered online for a delivery order. Waited a long time, which is understandable but only to find that alot of the small things... missing. I ordered this to have at work, not home. There were no utensils, have toast with no butter, an order of pancakes with5 in it and only received 1 little container of syrup. Thank god for coffee eating some bread without syrup! horrible! neverordering from here again. Possibly never going to any other Ihop! Support Local Businesses instead! big regret! Read more
Extremely Poor Service, the Steak Omelet I ordered was Horrible, only Tasted 4 small pieces of Steak. Omelet over stuffed with... potatoes, Eggs over cooked. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get coffee. Our waitress hardly ever came to check on us, It wasn'teven that busy at the time we were there around 7:00am Saturday. 3 keys to a success business: people, process & product. This restaurant definitely has an issue with people. If it is an... independent (not an IHOP), this place will collapse because of the people they employed. In my honest opinion just go to Dennysacross IHOP. They have better service and friendlier people. Read more
The waitress was nice but the cook was blaring vulgar music in the kitchen for the whole restaurant to hear. I had my two young... kids with me so they could try the minion menu, but after listening to the music he was playing we decided to leave withoutordering. Asking the person who is touching and preparing my food to turn his music down or maybe wear a headphone wouldn't helpand I don't want to risk something being done to my food. This IHOP posted their hours as a 24 hour dining establishment. When I entered at 4:10am for some breakfast- they turned me away... stating they "the grill is closed till 5:00am." I'm unsure why it is down, went to the Denny's across the street. Disappointing???? Read more
Was just in for breakfast. Cindy was my server and she was amazing!! Food was great. Service was excellent.
