Delicious!!! It only took about 15mins to receive my freshly made take out order. While waiting I had the opportunity to check... out the restaurant which reflects the history of their business, city and family. Being from the Midwest they remind me of home.This was my first trip to this establishment and It will not be my last. I ordered the chicken and fries with sauce on it and Ienjoyed every bite of my meal. I can't wait to return to try different foods on the menu. I do appreciate the freshly made foodbecause we entered at 9:38 and they close at 10pm. Usually some businesses will be upset that people come in before close butthey welcomed us with a greeting and still took other orders before closing. Happy I got to spend money with them. Read more
Being a Chi-towner living in Northern Cali, I really miss my Harold's on the regular. To my surprise, I found one in Vegas. I... had the chance to visit this location today and let me tell you this, not only did they bring the taste of the Chi to Vegas,they brought seasoning of 87th & Dan. Everything made me think of and feel for my hometown. Met one of the owners and he was agreat guy and the staff is awesome. I recommend stopping if you have the chance. Only about 25 min from the strip in Henderson.Love this place, I WILL be back. Read more
"Saucy Fried Chicken" I'm very familiar with Harold's Chicken in general as I'm a Chicago native. This is maybe our third time... patronizing this location and the experience seems to get better each time we come. The customer service is ok and the food isdelicious and cooked to order. If this is your first time eating at Harold's it will probably be some of the best fried chickenyou'll ever eat! Apparently the cost of chicken has went up so prepare to spend at least $10-$13 per person. If you're a coupleor ordering for 2 people and would like to save about $4-$5 bucks, we recommend ordering the 8 or 10 wing meal which comes withfries. When ordering your chicken we recommend either salt and pepper with mild sauce or our favorite, lemon pepper and mildsauce on the wings or chicken. If you eat your chicken as soon as you get it you may want to make sure not to open the bag toclose to your face especially if you have mild sauce because the aroma of the sauce is pretty strong when it's hot. This was my second time going to this Harold's Chicken and my worst time. I'm originally from Chicago, born & raised, and I've... experienced several Harold's locations there, absolutely LOVE Harold's, and was very happy when this NV location opened.However, the order I rec'd yesterday was terrible. I asked for 6 wings fried hard w/hot sauce, salt and pepper. What I receivedwas an order of hot sauce with soggy wings, salt and pepper and COLD-azz fries. The 1 piece of bread was totally drenched andsoaking in hot sauce--not edible at all. The fries were literally COLD, like they hadn't seen hot grease for HOURS. They, too,were loaded in hot sauce. I couldn't even eat all the wings due to the excess amount of hot sauce. My stomach was somewhat upsetafterwards and that's never happened from eating Harold's Chicken. My first experience coming here was great, but now my opinionhas changed. Not sure if/when I'll be back, and that's bad because I love Harold's but I don't want a f'd-up order like thislast one again. This was a horrible experience. Read more
I went on a Friday right after opening, and it took about an hour for my order to be ready. BUT THE FOOD WAS SO DELICIOUS! The... wait didn't even matter once I tasted my food, I would literally do the wait again with no questions asked! This might even beenbetter than a few Harold's in Chicago. I was very impressed! The staff was nice as well.. Please work on the wait time, butother than that I have no complaints. #worthit Read more
The restaurant is nicely decorated with attention to details. Everything is fresh and made to order. Do not be upset if you are... waiting 30 minutes for the food, because you will be getting freshly prepared food every time and it can not be better thanthat. The staff is super friendly and helpful, very welcoming! Definitely one of the best fried chicken restaurants in LasVegas , perfectly cooked and fresh every time. Good food & good service!!! Authentic Official Harold's. :-) Went out today, Day 2 of the Grand Opening. Unfortunately the A/C went out and they had to... close early today but the staff was EXTREMELY nice. After they announced that they were closing early everyone left but they leta few of us in that stuck around. The food was amazing and the interior and exterior is better than any Harold's I've ever beento. We got the wings and catfish and it was well worth the wait. Will definitely be back. Expect to be in line for 30+ plusminutes and the hours this week is 2pm to 8pm. Try the lemonade too...BOMB!!!!!!! Read more
There are much better places than this in town. I was in the mood for a few pieces of fried chicken my coworker suggested this... place today, so I went down there to try it this afternoon and please review the pictures as the comments andreferences. Judging from the sign upfront front the entrance dated back on July 4th, today is August 3rd, wondering ???? ifthere's a Manger handling this store. I have to say I was impressed with only 2 nicest workers today making tons of orders andeach order took 15 minutes to complete. For a such small portion and average quality of food I think Cane's chicken ???? willbeat value, flavor, and reapet customers by far than this joint. Soda machine was not working, I had to move to a 2 tables tofind a clean and not greasy feel. 60% of the restaurant looks empty and out of service. Mens bathroom was dirty. Sanitizerbottle was empty, and the welcome ???? sign upfront needs updating.
