It was just before closing when I went the first time! They were out of Avocados, and I can understand! Still made me a... convert! If you love going to the place to "get it your way" this is the Adult Version! Fries were crispy, the burger was juicyand loaded! My first visit. Sorry to say, nothing remarkable. Greeting by cashier/server was less than friendly. She acted very annoyed at... having to wait while we decided. Lowly hamburger was light on hamburger & cold when I got it. Wanted to order a large order offries to share and was sharply told "we only have one size and it does not come with the ($15.00) burger". Did not order abeverage. We seated ourselves at one of the few tables that was clean. The noise from hardwood floors made visiting almostimpossible. Didn't enjoy any of this experience. I've only been twice to Farmer Boys. I have to say that they're pastrami sandwiche is fantastic. So are their onion rings. My... wife had a hamburger and said it was very good. The restaurant is very clean the staff is very friendly. Even the bathrooms arein good condition. The only thing that kept me from giving them one more star was the service was very slow. If they can get alittle bit of a handle on that then you've got a pretty good fast food restaurant with some really quality menu items. Read more
My boyfriend and I always enjoy going here. The staff is super cool and the food is yummy. We were not too happy with the fries,... they tasted a little old, but the manger offered to make us fresh fries. Aaaamazing!! Read more
I wanted to try the new chicken sandwich I asked specifically for no mayo. Called up they told me to come back and they?ll... remake my sandwich. Unfortunately when I get there they tell me they?re out of hamburger buns and they can?t remake my sandwichI say OK make me a breakfast platter if you have no hamburger buns. As I?m waiting I overhear conversation and come to realizethey were out of hamburger patties they could?ve easily remade my chicken sandwich. This mayhem was allowed to go on because themanager was on the line in the back. When I asked the young man with a deer in the headlights look if there was a manageravailable he gave me the look that I knew all too well as someone that has dealt with bad managers. I asked to speak with themfor a minute just to go over the miscommunication going on. I waited a few minutes for them to come from behind the kitchenWithin a few seconds their voice elevated in volume and pitch. With a condescending tone they tried to explain away their lackof front of house management. At no point did this manager express any understanding for the mildly stressful experience. So Ileft the restaurant although having paid $10 more for a breakfast platter then the chicken sandwich combo. Unfortunately when Igot home there was so much cinnamon on the breakfast platter I thought the eggs were burnt. But no they were black with cinnamonas well as the French toast. It was inedible. I called but was put on hold for seven minutes and then hung up on and when Icalled back a young employee was forced to dodge the responsibility of dealing with an unsatisfied customer in need of a refund.I left my phone number and my reasonable request to credit my card. The worst $12.00 I just spent. I ordered the hot cakes platter with bacon and scrambled eggs easy and a Pepsi. The Pepsi was... flat, I was given sugar free syrup and the eggs are terrible. I'm a big woman and nothing about me says sugar free!! I didn'tread the syrup before I put it on my pancakes and there was no butter, salt and pepper for the eggs, nothing. I also asked foreggs scrambled easy and these eggs are hard as a rock. I usually have everything already in the bag. The syrup made the pancakestaste terrible and I had nothing to wash down the taste because the soda was flat. For all the money I just spent I feel robbed.I could only eat the bacon. I will definitely spend an extra two minutes checking my bag moving forward. Farmer boys.. Pleaseask the customer what condiments we want. I definitely would not have said sugar free syrup. Please check and fix the sodamachine. Please listen to what the customer wants so you don't get bad reviews. Look at the pics. These eggs look and tasteterrible!!!
