Customer service and speed is not a priority at this location. Had to wait 7 min at the drive thru speaker to have our order... taken. We were rushed and barley spoken to at the window. Once we received the bag of food there was a missing item that we paidfor. We went inside to ask for that item and the lady at the front counter rolled her eyes and continued to give attitude. Went to the drive thru to order dinner and we were out in less than 4 minutes. We couldn?t believe how fast it was. We got home... and checked our bag, they did not disappoint. We got all our salsas we asked which was awesome. Gods was delicious and ourfamily was happy. Read more
Went though drive through got the usual, bouble chicken bowl. I was parked after 10 minutes received my food. Got home sat down... to eat and the chicken was not breast and cold. I can't stand the taste of chicken other than breast, ended up having beans andrice. Would NOT recommend this location. Read more
This location is junk. Ordered a catering box for a 12:15 pickup for my employees. Came in around 12:30 and it took 5 minutes... for the staff to acknowledge me. They hadnt even started boxing the order until about 5 minutes after asking for my name. Ididn't leave until 12:55. The food was cold, chicken was old and one of the worst meals I've had lately. The bad customerservice and 1/5 star food left me wondering how long this location will last. Read more
The chicken wasn't cooked right the skin was still raw the mac and cheese looked like it been blinded up if I could I would give... it a zero Went today 7/8/22 got 2 chicken bowls and got rice and beans mostly. First time here just to try the birria... tacos were too small for the price to be justified so I got a birria burrito... instead... got home and only this much in the cup even though there is a line inside that shows it had more(no leak in my bag orcar) and a few bites in... Ordered curbside ahead of time cause we are in a rush to have dinner before a meeting and we show up to the store and they have... their curbside pick up locations in the back of the store where there aren?t any parking spots they refuse to let people in thestore and they route you through the drive-through which is backed up and not moving. So after ordering ahead we still have tosit in the drive through and wait not moving at all . Horrible customer service will not be back . Read more
I have had good experiences in the past here, but my most recent experience has made me not want to come back anymore. I ordered... 2 tacos for online pickup, and when I came home, they were COLD. The tortilla was cold, the chicken, and the cheese was notevent melted. Read more
